I figure that in a small town like this, 45 minutes should be plenty of time. How wrong I was. The dispatcher told me it would be between 5-10 minutes. After nearly 20, I called back to see what had happened. The dispatcher told me that the driver couldn't find my house and that I should go stand outside and that the taxi would be there in less than 5 minutes. After an additional 10 minutes, a taxi flew by my house, way over the speed limit, not slowing down to look at street numbers or anything. He didn't turn around. I called the dispatcher again, who scolded me, saying that he told me to wait outside and that the taxi had been outside my house, honking for the past 5 minutes. I don't know who the driver was honking at, because it was not my house; I had been standing outside waiting since the dispatcher first told me to. He sounded annoyed and with a sigh, told me he'd send *another* taxi to my house, and that I needed to be outside. It took 7 phone calls but I finally made it to work...and only 15 minutes late. When the cab came to pick me up it had 3 men in the backseat...so minus points for safety too. If I wasn't in such a rush to get to work, I would have waited longer, because that's just creepy. Is that even allowed? The only reason that I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is the fact that the driver was nice. The dispatcher was rude, unprofessional and incredibly unhelpful. I work in a hotel, and I know that I won't be using this cab service for any of our guests in the future.

I was having dental surgery done in the border town of Los Algodones. I told Vick when he dropped me off for my appt. that I wasn't sure when I would be done, though I guessed around 5:30 or 6:00. I said I would call him when I was ready to go. I didn't get out til about 7:30 and it was getting dark. I called Vick and he said he was waiting at the Port of Entry! I was so grateful and relieved! He didn't even wait for my call. He just made a point of being there! All I can say is his service goes above and beyond any other service in the area, Believe me, I had the chance to find that truth out personally. Two cab companies I tried were very late after they had promised they were 10 minutes away! You can be sure Vick will be there when you expect him to be, in a clean car, with a capable reassuring demeanor. I am scheduled to come back to Yuma in late August. I have already booked Vick to pick me up.

Absolutley horrible customer service in Imperial to begin with. Seriously the people working there…read moreshould be fired, two girls working the front desk with a horrible attitude. Going from Imperial to LA: The plane landed outside of LA because of a storm that was going on. Sure I bought that, better safe than sorry right? Just wished the pilots had informed us of that BEFORE we got onboard. they just told us it was gonna be a smooth ride. The airline then refused to help us get in to LAX, compensate us with Taxi or Uber. They wanted us to wait there for hours even if almost all of us had connecting flights. This is not a rare event, Mokulele airlines is constantly late from Imperial to La, landing on other airports and not informing their passangers. If there was another way to get to Imperial I would take it immediately. The guys working at LAX are always super friendly however. Wished they worked at the Imperial counter as well. Super unprofessional for an airline.
