Let me explain, I called the cab company to pick me up in Somerton at 730am, I had notified them well in advance at least 1.5 hours ahead of time. The receptionist said, "no problem". So I figured I was set to go. 730 rolls around and still no cab, so I called the company up, and I again I spoke with the same guy who had reassured me that the cab was on their way. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I waited. 15 minutes went by, so I called again to make sure they weren't lost. I gave them my address again, and he assured me that they would be arriving at any minute. After waiting around till 800am, I called them to find out what was going on, and the gentlemen who I had spoken with answered the phone, he must have recognized my voice and immediately hung up on me. Needless to say I went with another cab company. I was late to my appointment in Yuma, and well, I'd really like to have a one on one chat with the guy who decided it wasn't necessary to do his one and only job. Maybe my experience won't change anyone's mind, since the reality is that there only a handful of choices to pick from, but I would advise NOT choosing these guys as your go-to company. He was three minutes early. He is also a very nice guy. A#1-2&3 Taxi has been my choice for going to all my appointments (Doctors, etc.) and for going to stores for shopping ever since December 2022. The other ride services wanted to charge more for the same ride. The A#1-2&3 Taxi-Cab driver is the NEW owner of this Taxi-Cab service. He always arrives a few minutes early with his wife as his companion. They are both so nice and friendly. I always feel very safe in their car. The best part of his service is the lowest price in all of Yuma. I've done a lot of research on which ride service is the least expensive, and it always comes up with A#1-2&3 as the lowest price. It is also very dependable and always 2 or 3 minutes early. Those negative reviews are dated years before the NEW owner, Brian, bought this Taxi-Cab service. As a NEW owner, he has been providing perfect Taxi-Cab service at the lowest prices in Yuma. So, if you red a bad review, look at the date of the review.
