It's nice to deal with a family owned business that is truly honest and professional. I would recommend this company even to my little ole Grandma. I know they would treat her right.....

Shafer came out banged out the dents and got the system running for $175. Fast forward, the system stopped running a year later. Shafer did their best to repair it because our insurance company didn't want to pay for replacement, but it failed again this year. At this point they went above and beyond to show our insurance company how the initial damage from the ice had caused it to keep failing. They stuck with us through the whole experience and now we have a new unit! Thank you so much Loren and your crew!

He checked in with the city due to a easement on my property and got me the details of how it would/could impact the location of the fencing. They are extremely busy, so we had to wait about 5 weeks from estimate to install, but I would do it over again after seeing the results. The crew that came out to install the fence were courteous and very tolerant when it came to having a 2 year old and 4 year old watching them nearly the entire time. The finished result couldn't have been better. They put the fence exactly where I flagged it out. The materials look great and all the lines ended up very straight. I really can't find a thing they could have done better. If you need fencing American Fence Company is the way to go, and they were definitely worth the wait.
