I hired Goldman Movers in Sacramento on September 6, 2026. Unfortunately, I had several problems…read morewith my move. During the move, my lamp was broken and my metal stand was damaged and broken. My new home was also damaged, including scratches on the floors, cracks and dents in the walls, and damage to the stairs. These damages were not there before the move. I was also quoted a lower price than what I was ultimately charged. When I tried to address the pricing difference and file a damage claim, I was given different phone numbers and sent back and forth between contacts. I also communicated with David, who said he was the manager, but the process continued to go back and forth. I was repeatedly told that the proper claim paperwork would be emailed to me so I could request reimbursement, but I did not receive the paperwork I was told I would receive. I am requesting reimbursement for the repair costs for my floors, walls, and stairs, replacement or repair of my damaged belongings, and a refund of the disputed difference between my original quote and final charge. I expected a smoother process and better follow-up when damage occurred. Unfortunately, getting the claim addressed has been much more difficult than it should have been.

The two guys who showed up looking less than professional. If I were to guess they appeared intoxicated. The job was sloppy, and less than adequate. one month later the pipe snapped with little to no resistance, and they refused to fix it without an additional $200 and insinuated it was my fault. The original price was $250, which I thought was an unfair estimate for the quality of work. Upon inspection they used far too much glue which made it brittle and easily broken. But the worst part is after I told them I didn't feel it appropriate I pay again they stopped answering my calls and the owner never called me back like I was told. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
