The apartments aren't fantastic inside, the layout is weird and stuff, but it's really inexpensive. It really helped. What I'm really here to talk about is the ladies in the front office! Years ago my husband fell deathly ill and we were worried he wasn't going to make it. This was about 5 years ago. We let the office know how to reach us, etc. and they saw how poorly he was doing. For months afterwards every so often the maintenance man would come by with a box of groceries to help us out. We were so touched and very grateful in one of the worst times of our lives. If you ladies see this I haven't forgotten! Thank you! You can't get kindness like that at most apartment complexes. So really great & kind management! And okay apartments. :)

I think it would be nice for the management to have a smoking area away from the buildings somewhere so that we wouldn't have to walk through cigarette smoke going into the building, hearing chatter throughout my unit, or having cigarette smoke come through my windows if I have them opened, but apparently they don't. This isn't causing me to move out of anything, but this can get annoying sometimes.

By far the worse complex in Cheyenne, the management will be good in the beginning, that is because…read morethey need and want the apartments filled, if you have any complaints that is when it will all go down hill from there. The complex is filled with low lives who are there on a free ride thanks to the state of Wyoming. The pool area is in disrepair and the manager who lives above the office allows her dog to use it as his personal bathroom, dog crap under the steps that lead to her apt that has been there for months and not picked up, it is a health hazard. The exercise area is filthy, kids on the weekends who play around and leave it filthy. The office management sit on their hands and work orders never get done, the apartments are not clean and they do not paint or repair, the parking lot is not huge and there is a one spot per tenant policy, if you cherish your parking space do not be surprised when you come home and someone and their guests park there for hours at a time, parking rules are not enforced and if you complain nothing gets done. Neighbors who stand around watching what everyone else does and gossip all day long, that is because many of the people are housed by the City of Cheyenne and do not work, noise and drug dealing, police activity and door slamming from inconsiderate neighbors, if you are seeking an apartment in Cheyenne, Mountainside is not the place, you will not have a peaceful existence.

#1 Properties was great to work with!…read more Codee Dalton is truly one of the best real estate agents I've ever worked with. From the very beginning, she stood out for being incredibly professional while also being personable and genuinely fun to be around. She has such a bright, friendly personality that immediately makes the entire experience enjoyable and uplifting. Codee is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and the process that goes along with it. Nearly every question we asked, she had an answer for right away. And in the rare case she didn't know something off the top of her head, she was always honest about it and would immediately go out of her way to find the answer by reaching out to the right professionals. That level of honesty and dedication builds a lot of trust. One of the things that makes Codee truly special is how comfortable she makes you feel. Within minutes of meeting her, it felt like we had known her for years. She has that rare ability to make people feel relaxed, welcomed, and supported--almost like you're working with a close friend or family member rather than just an agent. If you're looking for someone who is professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely enjoyable to work with, I would highly recommend Codee Dalton. She makes what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and even fun.

I cannot recommend a real estate agent more than I would recommend Katherine Fender with #1…read moreProperties of Cheyenne. She is friendly and professional, but most importantly she is both a skilled seller's agent, and a thorough buyer's agent. Katherine is truly great at what she does, please allow me to share with you a few reasons why you should choose her to help you based on my personal experience working with her. At the beginning of 2020, Katherine both sold a home for us and also helped us buy our current home. She went out of her way to ensure our sale and our purchase went very smoothly. She took the time to show us several homes we were interested in, until we settled on one and made an offer. She made the sale of our last house and the purchase of our new one so much easier on us because we could trust that she was on top of all the paperwork and deadlines, as well as all the critical communication with other real estate agents, loan underwriters, home inspectors and everyone else involved in both buying and selling property. She is a skilled negotiator and her abilities in this area made us extra money in the sale of our last house, and also saved us money on the purchase of our new one. She made sure we were well informed all the way through closing on both properties, and even checked in with us beyond that to make sure we were completely satisfied with everything she had helped us with. She was never too busy to pick up her phone and answer any of our questions, and always took the time to explain things we didn't understand. If you are looking for an agent to help you buy or to help you sell, take our recommendation based on our personal experience with her, and contact Katherine Fender at #1 Properties.

I am not sure about the management and service in the past but I can say from my personal…read moreexperience that the staff member I was working with named Angela was EXCEPTIONAL. The company advertises being able to approve you for apartments with bad credit, evictions, broken leases etc by offering a RIN number which works similar to a social security number. They came through with everything they said. The RIN number came in about a week and the next week I was approved for my apartment. Angela was considerate, she was available often after work hours to make sure I was taken care of and I couldn't be more happy! She was very informative and communicated so well. I'm not sure why the other reviews are this way maybe new management or staff however I can say that I will be moving into my apartment in two days and I wouldn't have been able to do it without this service! I am sure many people deal with wondering how they will live and move into an apartment with these issues and this service relieved me of all the stress and they did most of the legwork creating accounts and contacting properties. I would recommend to anyone who would need the service. It's good to read the terms and conditions of the service so you are not misinformed about what they can and cannot do because I am sure approval isn't guaranteed due to the uniqueness of every case and apartment management regulations. Please consider this when sending payment. They do give an option also to pay a down payment upfront and pay the remainder when approved so I don't exactly think they want to just take your money. In any case, thanks again Angela. Couldn't be more happy. This brings happiness and hope to my life as some people take their living situations for granted.
