I think it would be nice for the management to have a smoking area away from the buildings somewhere so that we wouldn't have to walk through cigarette smoke going into the building, hearing chatter throughout my unit, or having cigarette smoke come through my windows if I have them opened, but apparently they don't. This isn't causing me to move out of anything, but this can get annoying sometimes.

I called her and she said that it would be no problem and the were installed the next day. She has stated that if I needed help with anything, please feel free to call the office. I locked my keys in the car and was told that it be an hour or so before anyone could get here. I did not know that she was on the phone with a locksmith and had someone here in 10 minutes. I want to thank her and the staff for making my stay so pleasant.

The apartments aren't fantastic inside, the layout is weird and stuff, but it's really inexpensive. It really helped. What I'm really here to talk about is the ladies in the front office! Years ago my husband fell deathly ill and we were worried he wasn't going to make it. This was about 5 years ago. We let the office know how to reach us, etc. and they saw how poorly he was doing. For months afterwards every so often the maintenance man would come by with a box of groceries to help us out. We were so touched and very grateful in one of the worst times of our lives. If you ladies see this I haven't forgotten! Thank you! You can't get kindness like that at most apartment complexes. So really great & kind management! And okay apartments. :)

Injured due to negligence of management to maintain other residents and their dogs. I am now requiring extensive surgery. I have witnessed other dogs that have been attacked also required surgery. My dogs have been attacked several times. Jamie has done nothing along with wasatch. They like to pretend they are doing something though. They take days and weeks to respond and it is typically after issues get escalated. They are nice however they do nothing to ensure resident safety even once escalated through Wasatch Property Management.

By far the worse complex in Cheyenne, the management will be good in the beginning, that is because…read morethey need and want the apartments filled, if you have any complaints that is when it will all go down hill from there. The complex is filled with low lives who are there on a free ride thanks to the state of Wyoming. The pool area is in disrepair and the manager who lives above the office allows her dog to use it as his personal bathroom, dog crap under the steps that lead to her apt that has been there for months and not picked up, it is a health hazard. The exercise area is filthy, kids on the weekends who play around and leave it filthy. The office management sit on their hands and work orders never get done, the apartments are not clean and they do not paint or repair, the parking lot is not huge and there is a one spot per tenant policy, if you cherish your parking space do not be surprised when you come home and someone and their guests park there for hours at a time, parking rules are not enforced and if you complain nothing gets done. Neighbors who stand around watching what everyone else does and gossip all day long, that is because many of the people are housed by the City of Cheyenne and do not work, noise and drug dealing, police activity and door slamming from inconsiderate neighbors, if you are seeking an apartment in Cheyenne, Mountainside is not the place, you will not have a peaceful existence.
