By far the worse complex in Cheyenne, the management will be good in the beginning, that is because…read morethey need and want the apartments filled, if you have any complaints that is when it will all go down hill from there. The complex is filled with low lives who are there on a free ride thanks to the state of Wyoming. The pool area is in disrepair and the manager who lives above the office allows her dog to use it as his personal bathroom, dog crap under the steps that lead to her apt that has been there for months and not picked up, it is a health hazard. The exercise area is filthy, kids on the weekends who play around and leave it filthy. The office management sit on their hands and work orders never get done, the apartments are not clean and they do not paint or repair, the parking lot is not huge and there is a one spot per tenant policy, if you cherish your parking space do not be surprised when you come home and someone and their guests park there for hours at a time, parking rules are not enforced and if you complain nothing gets done. Neighbors who stand around watching what everyone else does and gossip all day long, that is because many of the people are housed by the City of Cheyenne and do not work, noise and drug dealing, police activity and door slamming from inconsiderate neighbors, if you are seeking an apartment in Cheyenne, Mountainside is not the place, you will not have a peaceful existence.

I am not sure about the management and service in the past but I can say from my personal…read moreexperience that the staff member I was working with named Angela was EXCEPTIONAL. The company advertises being able to approve you for apartments with bad credit, evictions, broken leases etc by offering a RIN number which works similar to a social security number. They came through with everything they said. The RIN number came in about a week and the next week I was approved for my apartment. Angela was considerate, she was available often after work hours to make sure I was taken care of and I couldn't be more happy! She was very informative and communicated so well. I'm not sure why the other reviews are this way maybe new management or staff however I can say that I will be moving into my apartment in two days and I wouldn't have been able to do it without this service! I am sure many people deal with wondering how they will live and move into an apartment with these issues and this service relieved me of all the stress and they did most of the legwork creating accounts and contacting properties. I would recommend to anyone who would need the service. It's good to read the terms and conditions of the service so you are not misinformed about what they can and cannot do because I am sure approval isn't guaranteed due to the uniqueness of every case and apartment management regulations. Please consider this when sending payment. They do give an option also to pay a down payment upfront and pay the remainder when approved so I don't exactly think they want to just take your money. In any case, thanks again Angela. Couldn't be more happy. This brings happiness and hope to my life as some people take their living situations for granted.
