It was her listing. She insisted that the owners did not smoke, but we found it strange why the place had plug-ins throughout, and wanted to make sure there were no other odors being masked. She was syrupy sweet and pleasant and said she could show it to us again. We also asked if she could show us 2 other available homes in that subdivision. She said she could not get access to them at that time, but would call us after she made the appointment. She never called! She had our phone number as she had been texting us, so we knew she was blowing us off. I am guessing she figured we were "picky" buyers and would sell her listing to another buyer, which she did a few days later. She had the opportunity to possibly sell us another property, but she did not care. She must be doing pretty good selling properties if she could blow off cash buying clients! She cannot be trusted and is not a good agent.
