I knew close to nothing about buying a home, but Charles broke down the steps to me so it wasn't overwhelming. His knowledge of the local market was quite impressive, so I always knew I was going to find a great home for my budget. Also, he made sure that I was always up to date on any paperwork, but would make sure to explain what each document meant so I knew what I was signing. Charles helped my find my dream home, and I'm forever grateful for that. Since buying my home I've referred Charles to my friends and family.

I cannot recommend a real estate agent more than I would recommend Katherine Fender with #1…read moreProperties of Cheyenne. She is friendly and professional, but most importantly she is both a skilled seller's agent, and a thorough buyer's agent. Katherine is truly great at what she does, please allow me to share with you a few reasons why you should choose her to help you based on my personal experience working with her. At the beginning of 2020, Katherine both sold a home for us and also helped us buy our current home. She went out of her way to ensure our sale and our purchase went very smoothly. She took the time to show us several homes we were interested in, until we settled on one and made an offer. She made the sale of our last house and the purchase of our new one so much easier on us because we could trust that she was on top of all the paperwork and deadlines, as well as all the critical communication with other real estate agents, loan underwriters, home inspectors and everyone else involved in both buying and selling property. She is a skilled negotiator and her abilities in this area made us extra money in the sale of our last house, and also saved us money on the purchase of our new one. She made sure we were well informed all the way through closing on both properties, and even checked in with us beyond that to make sure we were completely satisfied with everything she had helped us with. She was never too busy to pick up her phone and answer any of our questions, and always took the time to explain things we didn't understand. If you are looking for an agent to help you buy or to help you sell, take our recommendation based on our personal experience with her, and contact Katherine Fender at #1 Properties.

She…read moreshowed us a property, and we were interested, but we wanted to return the next day to view it again due to the strong plug-in air scents inside, as we feared it might be masking cigarette smoke. It was her listing. She insisted that the owners did not smoke, but we found it strange why the place had plug-ins throughout, and wanted to make sure there were no other odors being masked. She was syrupy sweet and pleasant and said she could show it to us again. We also asked if she could show us 2 other available homes in that subdivision. She said she could not get access to them at that time, but would call us after she made the appointment. She never called! She had our phone number as she had been texting us, so we knew she was blowing us off. I am guessing she figured we were "picky" buyers and would sell her listing to another buyer, which she did a few days later. She had the opportunity to possibly sell us another property, but she did not care. She must be doing pretty good selling properties if she could blow off cash buying clients! She cannot be trusted and is not a good agent.

From the very beginning, she stood out for being incredibly professional while also being personable and genuinely fun to be around. She has such a bright, friendly personality that immediately makes the entire experience enjoyable and uplifting. Codee is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and the process that goes along with it. Nearly every question we asked, she had an answer for right away. And in the rare case she didn't know something off the top of her head, she was always honest about it and would immediately go out of her way to find the answer by reaching out to the right professionals. That level of honesty and dedication builds a lot of trust. One of the things that makes Codee truly special is how comfortable she makes you feel. Within minutes of meeting her, it felt like we had known her for years. She has that rare ability to make people feel relaxed, welcomed, and supported--almost like you're working with a close friend or family member rather than just an agent. If you're looking for someone who is professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely enjoyable to work with, I would highly recommend Codee Dalton. I expressed my frustration to Rebecca and she was highly reactive. She entered my residence without permission.
