While I think cleanliness could be improved, I'm realistic about the condition of the building and appreciate the effort. Unfortunately, when it comes to quiet, this hotel fails miserably. The room layout offers zero soundproofing. You can hear everything from neighboring conversations to private moments, which makes getting a decent night's sleep nearly impossible. Short of a full teardown and rebuild, I don't see how the noise issue can be resolved. The location is great if you're headed to the shore, but I won't be staying here again.

Everyone at the desk is extremely friendly. You have to be over 25 years old to stay here. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There's a small fridge and table for 2 in a queen room. One of our lamps didn't work, but there's a bunch of lighting options in the room. Why did I take a star away? The walls are paper thin. Zero soundproofing. We heard another couple arguing in the bathroom and my husband said he heard someone snoring pretty loudly. Otherwise this place is 10/10 and we'll definitely stay again if we're in the area.

In my experience, the room was not safe due to this issue. We did not feel comfortable staying overnight and left early as a result. Despite providing photo evidence, the property and booking platform refused to issue a refund, which was very frustrating. A working lock is the bare minimum for any hotel. Stay here at your own risk.

Their tunes certainly changed when my much larger, intimidating boyfriend who had been traveling a little behind me appeared... of course they tried to block him from staying although we had paid extra. Would not recommend staying as a solely traveling woman. Actual "house" (not a motel at all) is on a dark, dead end street where the other houses will hassle you no matter where you park. And Vinnie and Ben will not allow you to park in front of the place. I tried to force myself to stay as long as I paid for as I wasn't getting a refund but once I spotted the bugs, me and my boyfriend slept in the car instead. Horrible. 244 East 75th Street Apartment A (Ground Floor)…read more Infested with rodents. Garbage room (in lobby entrance) stinks like a garbage truck on a hot summer day. Front door is 10 feet from the garbage room. Sent a video of the rodents and the state of the garbage room at 4pm on a Monday. They came by at 10pm on a Monday to set traps and 'clean' the garbage room. Woke up to rodents in the apartment. Sent that photo and the video of the rodents STILL in the garage room three days later. Spoke with the owner at 8:30am named "Iddo"...asked for a refund. He refused. Offered to move me to another place. I objected, offered to settle for a refund and deposit return. Calling 311 to log a formal complaint. DO NOT STAY HERE!
