The room windows all face in to the hallway and not to the outside. It feels zoo like.The hotel is built around a courtyard with a pool, gazebo, and seating. The rooms are inconsistent in design (some have tubs, others showers) and showing signs of wear, but are clean and well appointed with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There's also shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. The thermostat will NOT go below 67 (I've stayed in 2 different rooms, both the same issue).The fitness center is decent, with dumbbells up to 50lbs (some missing), a functional trainer with 80lbs per side, treadmill, stepper, and bike.

Do yourself a favor and spend a few more $$$ on another Hotel. This place was horrible. Rooms…read morewere dirty.... Breakfast was "supposedly" included with our 2 night stay...HOWEVER....We were only given 2 tickets....when we had a family of 4!!!! Didn't matter anyways because my son & I stood at the "Viva---whatever " restaurant for 15 minutes and NO ONE ever showed up to seat us!!!! We cut our 2 night stay early, even knowing that it was non-refundable. Awful place, Awful staff. ZERO stars Spend a few more dollars on a place that actually cares about your stay

I would not recommend staying at Holly Hill Motel in Keansburg, NJ. We noticed before going to bed…read morethat the door lock in Room 6 was broken and would not properly secure the door. In my experience, the room was not safe due to this issue. We did not feel comfortable staying overnight and left early as a result. Despite providing photo evidence, the property and booking platform refused to issue a refund, which was very frustrating. A working lock is the bare minimum for any hotel. Stay here at your own risk.

Our penny baby has been going here since she was about 6 months old and is now 3. She loves it…read more We even have a command that she recognizes for this spot and she becomes soo excited whenever it is said. She runs in !!! The staff is sooo patient and kind and sweet and amazing. They love each and every dog. I drop penny off at 6:30 am most days !! Wow!!! I can't even drop my kids off that early in before care!! I love that early start option !! Penny has been overnight boarded as well and we have never had a single issue !! Highly recommend ! Penny stays allllll day !! 6:30 am till almost 8 pm. Wouldn't have it any other way. The next day she is exhausted and rightfully so !! Our 70 lb "baby" has a ton of energy and walks 4 miles a day most days. This gives me a break now and then from those walks. Worth every penny !!
