This is a great salon. I highly recommend it!! They do my nails exactly how I like it. They look so natural.You will not be disappointed.

I was there one other time several years ago with my daughter and we weren't crazy about the place. I happened to be in Washington today so I gave it another chance. Only wanted a regular manicure. I think it went further downhill since I was there last. Kind of run down and didn't look too clean. The man at the front desk was very unfriendly and when I realized he would be doing my nails I almost walked out. He never really talked to me. Would just move my hands here and there as he worked and the whole thing was very uncomfortable. He did an okay job but charged me extra to remove some gel that was still on my nails. A very unprofessional, unwelcoming, atmosphere. I won't be going back. I hope I don't get a nail fungus! read more

I give this place 2 stars because I've been here a handful of times. They usually do a semi decent job on nails and eyebrow waxing. Not the best, but decent. Today I walked in just after opening and both technicians were there. There was 1 person in the chair being serviced and no one else in the place waiting. It was completely empty. When I walked in the technicians just stared at me like I had 8 heads.. no hello, can I help you, nothing. So to break their awkward silence and stares I said "hi, I just need eyebrow waxing and a fill in." Again they stared blankly for a minute before turning me away and saying they had no time. Really? I doubt that sir considering there was NO ONE there. Never going back and very thankful I have a better salon to go to elsewhere. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! I get pink/white gel acrylic and the salon I typically go to had no appointments. This place was local and right on their door was written "GEL & ACRYLIC." I called and got an appointment for 6pm and walked in to two people working - an older guy and a girl who was doing a pedicure. The place is so gross, it's all white with NO TV, no music, it's just awkward silence. Anyway, I asked for a pink/white fill and the guy literally went to a basement to get a UV light and the white gel. Fast forward to 7pm and he could not get the white to dry and everytime he went to file it, it chipped and he started over. The white he did do was incredibly crooked and you could tell they don't typically do this. Anyway he basically gave up at 7:15 and I walked out with NO pink, and jagged white - they charged me nothing and just were like, eh, sorry, deal with it. read more

Came in for a fill, only 2 people working. Had to wait, no problem. Gentleman sat down and started working. Got an attitude when I asked him to shorten them, and they were very crooked and he then got an attitude every time I asked him to fix it and then told me all my fingers are just crooked (right). He got up for a smoke break and came back, didn't even wash his hands. I asked if he could do gel top coat and he stated they don't do gel top coat unless you are getting gel polish.. never heard of that before since I always get gel top coat. Then they charged my $5 to remove the gel from my original nail. Definitely Will not be coming back read more

They don't even deserve 1 star! Went in for pedicure & pink /white fill with a cut down of my nails. Lady did the pedicure all while talking on her cell phone extremely loud in whatever language she speaks. I was on a business call when she answered her phone forcing me to get off mine. When I got done with the pedicure which looks awful I told her I was leaving. Paid for the job & no tip. They both proceeded to be angry & saying stuff to me in their language because I didn't give more than my bill. Do not use this awful place! I only went here because I was tired & didn't feel like driving the 15 minutes to my regular salon. Next time tired or not I'll drive so I can have a professional job done instead of the half job I got! read more

If I could give this place a ZERO I would. I went there today for a gel polish change and two of my nails broke, and I work right in washington so I figured its convenient. ABSOLUTELY NOT. The guy that sat down to do my nails was extremely rough and pretty much said nothing to me the entire time. He then proceeded to file ALL, I'm not kidding you all crooked and uneven. Then he didnt remove all of my polish from my last fill which was a dark color so under my new fill (which he talked me into) there are chips of color from my last fill. Talk about getting angry. Then he goes to paint my nails and he hasn't even filed up around my cuticle. So I say something and he starts yelling at his wife in their language they speak, CLEARLY I KNOW YOU'RE SAYING SOMETHING NASTY ABOUT ME. I'm sorry that I just wanted a decent fill and color change, and you couldn't provide that. ABSOLUTELY horrendous. So then I say to him you didnt file the acrylic down he goes no that's your nail bed. I peeled it off right in front of him and said "tell me that's my nail bed..." So he starts filing, and filing, and is being very rough until he cut me, and I pulled my hand away and said "okay now you're hurting me." He tries to reach for my hand and I said "we're done here". He insisted I pay for the fill. I first said no thats ridiculous you did a terrible job. He stood in front of the door and wouldn't let me leave without paying. So i threw 20$ at him and ran out the door just to get out of there. By the way its EXTREMELY dirty as well. I should have known when I walked in there NOT TO SIT DOWN. Absolutely terrible customer service, and horrible attitudes. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! read more

Absolutely horrible! I called and asked if they do pink and white. They said yes. So I head over. I walk in to 2 people, an old man and a woman doing a pedicure. There was no music no TVs no nothing. Just dead silence. If that wasn't awkward enough, the guy got up told me to sit down and started doing my nails. He cut them way too short and I said to they're too short. He told me to be patient because he's not done yet. I should have gotten up and walked out at that point but I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. He started with the acrylic. I asked him when he finish one of my nails I said is this pink and white and he said you wanted pink and white nastily. This should have been where I got up and walked out but I stayed like an idiot. The old me and then got up went into the back room. The right acrylic pink and white and continue to do my nails. At one point while looking at my nails I saw they were all crooked he told me to just sit there and give him time to fix everything and everything would be fine this is the third time I should have gotten up and walked out but I didn't yet again like an idiot. Needless to say after everything was said and done $55 later, my nails look like shit!!! I am beyond disappointed and will never ever go back there again. I recommend everyone avoid this place at all costs!!! read more
