Now, I would like to add that I got fish from here, Petco, and petsmart during these last couple of months and all the fish we bought from here have died. Speaking of which, their return policy is just as ridiculous (and being the worst out of the 3 companies) you have 1 week to return your fish if it died, plus you have to prove that you weren't the cause of it dying. Meaning you have to bring ammonia samples and the fish can't be beaten up. Makes sense until you realize that they're the ones telling us what to do with the water! We test the water everyday and if there is anything abnormal we would call here immediately and talk it through with them. Soooo if the water was the cause, then the store was the cause thus providing us a refund on the $200 worth of fish we bought from here. Would also like to add that as he was telling me what to do with the water and setup, there was a dead fish floating right behind him. They told us to never touch the water bc that could mess up the chemical balance, and the sales man put his entire arm into the water to grab the dead fish! Maybe he was the cause of my fish dying. Anyways, you can't tell someone how to take care of their fish, when you can't even take care of your own.

During my dog's first grooming appointment, I was charged an amount that I later learned I was overcharged. When I raised the issue during a subsequent visit, I was initially told that no one knew what I was talking about. To the company's credit, the matter was eventually addressed, and I was provided with a gift card to compensate for the overcharge. However, what concerns me most is what happened afterward. I continued bringing my dogs to the groomer and completed multiple appointments without being informed of any problems or concerns. Then, when I called to schedule another appointment, I was suddenly told that the groomer was no longer "comfortable" servicing my dogs and that the grooming manager or owner would need to explain the situation. I was never informed of any issues during prior visits, nor was I given any opportunity to address concerns before being effectively turned away. The lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism left me confused and disappointed. However clearly I can find other services. I believe customers deserve clear communication, consistency, and honest explanations when service decisions are made. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Beware.

I can't afford to have to take my dog to the vet for her ear mites every single time I take her to be groomed. Dr. Pinto was wonderful with Kippy and took a great amount of time with her. She suggested we start a new food they carry that makes her more thirsty so she would drink more. The food WORKS. She eats and drinks constantly and has had no more UTI's. Dr. Pinto even sent me an article about UTI's and cats. Highly recommend her.

The doctor, she is understanding and let us know that Archer (dog) had an ear infection. She clean his ear and gave him medicine. She is very nice and has done an Hawaii health certificate before. She gave me 3 original sign copies and filled out the paperwork that I needed. They do take new clients as I called around and many don't. If you need an animal clinic this is the one I would recommend.
