While initially responsive via email, after I sent them the details they requested in order to provide a quote, they simply stopped responding. Ironically, I continue to see targeted ads from them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDATION NOT USING THEM!!!! Quality of their service IS good. But if you have any issues with billing, they do not respond AT ALL. Their payment system is a little bit sketchy, I would recommend paying them with a check if you do decide to use them. I was paying my invoices through a link that they would send but their system somehow double charged me multiple times. When I first noticed it, I tried calling them, texting, and also sending messages through Messenger. Nobody responded until I disputed the charges with my bank. Even after that, they still kept saying that my decision to question them was fraudulent. They would not sit down with me and go over the extra charges that did not match cleaning days. Nobody would speak to me. I ended up having to cancel my debit card so they would stop charging to it without my authorization. Needless to say, I suspended all services and fired them. read more

I requested a bi-weekly cleaning for my disabled brother's room (he resides in a group home) and it was denied with no explanation??? Very, very odd. I 'thought' they were running a residential/commercial cleaning service. I cannot recommend this service at all. Their site shows 5.0 reviews for their services . . . this cannot be, as here I am on yelp and see many 1.0 reviews, like mine. Poor, poor service. read more

If I could give zero stars I would, they did a HORRIBLE job, used for my AirBnb, they left the place filthy and then denied it even with pictures and then questioned why I had someone go check and take pictures after they cleaned. They showed up at 3:30 to clean for a 4pm check in, I had to frantically hire someone at an emergency rate to come in and clean so the place could get done as soon as possible so my guests could get in, and they still had the nerve to charge me for the clean! Then when we finally cancelled them they fraudulently charged my card without authorization! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and would never recommend them. read more

Based on our experience, we highly suggest that you do not work with this cleaning company. TLDR: Communication is atrocious. They do not respond until they need something from you, then they will act as if you are the problem and send nasty messages. Communication with them is downright non-existent and they are impossible to get in touch with. We had found them when we were looking for a cleaner for our AirBnb and on first impression they seemed very nice and professional. We spent over a month and a half asking them to send over a contract after meeting them in person and had requested the best phone number to contact them with no reply. Once we were within a month of opening the property for the season and after waiting a month and a half for a response, they finally sent us an email with a contract, but it did not address many of the aspects that we had initially agreed upon when we met in person and many items were missing or listed as additional add ons. Due to the complexity of the contract and our own work schedules, it took us three days to review the contract since so many aspects did not match what was discussed in person, which immediately prompted them to send a very nasty email stating that they were waiting on us to sign the contract and that we were not getting back to them fast enough. We then sent a follow up email with several questions so we could get clarification on the missing items before the first cleaning. They did not respond. We sent another email and received no response. At this point we only had a few weeks until our first guest was set to arrive and despite multiple failed attempts, we could not get them to answer an email or a phone call. We finally decided to go with another cleaner due to their lack of communication so we asked for them to please return the boxes of expensive linens that we had shipped to their office in anticipation of working with them. In the email we also offered to pay for shipping or compensate them to deliver it to the property. It has now been over 8 months and we still have not been able to get in touch with them and have even asked over email and several voicemails if we can just pick the linens up at their office. They have not responded to any our emails, phone calls, or messages on Turno. This company is completely unprofessional and we do not recommend working with them. No matter what you say, they will gaslight you and claim that they have done nothing wrong. This is not how a business should be run. read more

Terrible customer service, and it is nearly impossible to get a response from anyone regardless of if you call, text or email them. Hired them to clean, some crews were better than others but the last one did an incredibly inadequate job, and did not complete most of the items listed on the recurring cleaning checklist that they provide to you, just a sub par floor cleaning. Made multiple attempts to contact the company via the provided resources (call, text, email) and was only able to receive a response from Michael after requesting to cancel my service. His communication lacked both professionalism and concern for the poor service that his company had provided, while simultaneously being defensive and accusatory. DO NOT use this company. read more

SAVE YOUR HOME AND DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE INSIDE! Multiple items were broken during the cleaning, for example two of the burner knobs on my stove. The quality of the clean was nothing more than the average person could accomplish with a broom, a roll of paper towels and some cleaning spray. The owner Michael is the least professional individual around and his general ignorance to professionalism is apparent in every interaction. This company is ABSOLUTELY NOT worth their cost. One star is too high of a rating. read more
