We needed a sewage cleanup on a dirt basement. One of the pipes broke. This company said they could…read moreNOT provide an estimated quote beforehand, but we went ahead with their service anyway. This was our first mistake. Long story short, they were there for several hours going in and out of the basement, disseminating lime, then left. We had someone observing the technicians the whole time. The invoice claimed they were there for 16.5 hrs, that the technicians DUG UP the dirtied soil and disposed of it. None of this was true. As stated, we had someone observing to ensure our interests were protected. A second mistake was not video recording the process. We were essentially charged over $3,500 for the sprinkling of lime (which costs less than $10 for 50 lbs at Home Depot by the way). We reached out to the operations manager with this complaint. We felt we had been scammed and even reported it to the credit card company. He rebuffed and threatened to put a lien on the property and cc'd the lawyers. Please get a quote or a free consultation prior to the service. A reputable company will not do this!

They came to my home to clean my carpets and informed me they also can clean sofas and furniture . I wasn't aware of that service but very happy with the results ! It looked brand new ,they even have a scotch guard to protect it from stains . They helped me move the furniture and and return back when they finished . I had tried doing it my self in the past with the do it yourself equipment , but it never worked right. The rental equipment couldn't absorb the water and soap and took forever to dry . I'm so pleased with my experience and have been telling my family and friends about how great my carpets and sofa looks. We tried to clean it ourselves, but you know carpeting and red wine. Wasn't happening. The hotel was going to charge us a ridiculous amount of money. When the technician arrived he was prompt, polite and professional. He worked quickly and best of all, completely restored the carpet! We don't live in the area, but to those who do, I highly recommend using their services. Some of the other companies I called seemed disreputable and unprofessional.
