Nice pedicure but took over an hour. I am used to Dip and…read morethey were unable to provide that so opted for acrylic for now. The man did not know anything about Dip and ripped it off my nails, very painful and bleeding. Next hand I insisted he soak my other hand off and gave him direction. My first hand required tips but he filed them down to the top of my fingers. He was unable to understand round and to remove the harsh corners it meant my nice tips got shorter and shorter. He also was very focused on his cell phone. He was very nice and responsive to my direction. My fingers hurt again the next day but I can live with how they look. They will grow out. Over all I spent almost 4 hours for a pedicure and basic tip/acrylic manicure.

I've been here a total of twice now. First time I went in exclusively for a dip mani. The second…read moretime I got my dip redone and a pedi. First time was a good experience all around - no complaints. The second time was truly an experience - and not a particularly great one. The pedicure was fantastic. I would go again just for the pedicure. The dip mani the second time, however, was awful. I picked out a color from their samples and the guy went to get the color. After he started, I noticed he was using the wrong color. It looked nothing like what I picked out and it was awful. He gets obviously frustrated with me for pointing this out. I pointed out the color he was using vs the one that I wanted and he went off and got the other color. It looked exactly the same as the shade he initially put on my hands - which is not the color I wanted, and I told him as much. He halfway took off the bright blue nail polish from my hands and tried to put a lighter brown over the top of it. Obviously it showed through, so he took it all off and started over. I wanted rounded tips and ended up with uneven tips that don't look spectacular upon closer inspection. The color is nice. My fingers, however, are all torn up and bruised - even underneath the nail from how roughly he was treating them. I was nearly in tears as he was using the drill files - my hand even involuntarily jerked away a few times. He would just pull it back and keep going. I'm giving three stars because I had one good experience and one bad experience, so I'm hoping that it was just a bad day. I'll give it another go when it's time to redo these. Hopefully I get a different nail tech - or at least someone that doesn't seem to intentionally want to cause me pain..

They let 3 people cut in front of me for a pedicure when they came in way after me & didn't have an appointment. When they finally sat me & another next to each other at a chair, they filled her bowl with water & didn't put ANY water in mine. The way I sat here in silence is ridiculous. Yes i should have left & went to my usual place but I didn't want to drive another 15 minutes & possibly have to wait even longer. I will definitely never be coming back here. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
