She took the time to look at my background to get to the root cause. She helped me a good amount.

He was willing to work with me and said there are other medications out there that could definitely help me. I tried only two medications while I saw NP Morar. Neither worked and I really struggled while working with him, which I was really clear about. One of the medications I tried was a non stimulant ADHD med and did nothing for me. I was told I had to try this medication before getting the other medication. I felt like I was getting the run around, and they didn't want to deal with actual prior approvals and made up the one they did. They just didn't want to do the work. During my last appt he was totally unhinged and completely rude. He said was no longer okay with me trying alternate medications, only prescribing me something I'd told him from the start didn't work for various reasons. He said the reason for this is that he doesn't usually prescribe stimulants to people that don't work. He then asked if I'd ever had an addiction. Which I never have. He also asked if I'd be willing to go to an in patient hospital program for severe depression. I was just shocked, stunned, panicked. I ended up going to the hospital that day for a severe panic attack. Hie secretary and him would no longer speak to me on the phone. The phone appt sent me into one of the worst panic attacks of my life. And neither of them cared at all. The secretary was the one who told me in text to go to the hospital. I called and sent a text message to his secretary a few months later asking to speak to him, to show how much better I'm doing on the medication I'm on. I thought it might benefit him to know what worked. And I never received a phone call back. Don't see this guy if you have other options or AT ALL. He's a weirdo and plays with people's lives. He's suppose to help, but severely set me back. And when he's done with you he's really done. If you're struggling when working with him, beware.

Before him, I had experiences where I felt like I had to fight to be heard, rush through concerns, or only share the "important" symptoms because I worried the provider didn't have time for the rest. That kind of environment makes it hard to be vulnerable or honest. With Dr. Tran, it's the complete opposite. For the first time, I feel like I can say everything without needing to filter or edit myself. He listens to the full story, even when I'm rambling, anxious, or unsure how to articulate what l'm feeling. He doesn't interrupt. He doesn't rush me along. He doesn't jump to conclusions. He lets me speak in my own pace and my own way. Then, once I'm finished, he reflects back what he heard - not in a robotic way, but in a way that makes it clear he truly understood what I meant, not just what I said. That level of careful listening has helped me open up more than I ever have in mental health treatment. There have been sessions where I walked in overwhelmed, on the verge of tears, or feeling completely lost. He never looks uncomfortable or impatient. He stays calm, grounded, and steady, gently guiding me through the conversation until I can breathe again and see things clearly. That kind of support has been invaluable. And when I have questions -- whether about symptoms, medications, or even just the emotional experience of what I'm going through -- he answers them thoroughly and thoughtfully. Never rushed. Never dismissive. Never acting like I should already know the answer. I always leave appointments feeling more informed, more grounded, and more seen. Because I finally feel truly heard, my progress has accelerated dramatically. I'm able to share things I've held in for years, and that honesty has transformed the way I understand myself. I can't express how rare and meaningful that experience has been.

So many clinicians focus only on symptom checklists: sleep, appetite, energy, mood rating, anxiety level. But they overlook the deeper layers that drive those symptoms. Dr. Tran does the opposite. He understands that mental health is connected to everything: relationships, identity, stress, physical health, past experiences, lifestyle, trauma, even daily habits. And he weaves all of those layers into treatment in a way that feels seamless and supportive.   He asks about what's happening at work, at home, socially, emotionally, physically. Not out of curiosity, but because he understands how interconnected each part of life is. He notices patterns between sleep, stress, mood, and behavior. He helps me understand how certain environments impact me or how certain habits influence my energy. His holistic approach isn't just psychological. It's practical. He encourages healthy routines, grounding techniques, boundaries, coping strategies, scheduling adjustments, and lifestyle shifts that actually fit into my life. None of it feels overwhelming or unrealistic. He explains why each change matters and how it supports the bigger picture. Because he treats me as a whole person, I've noticed improvements far beyond my initial symptoms. My confidence is higher. My energy is better. My daily functioning has improved. I feel more balanced emotionally and more capable mentally. Working with him has shown me what psychiatric care should be: not just symptom management, but true whole-person healing.

Don't waste your time. The reality is that this organization is well aware of what they are doing. It's intentional, predatory, and systematic. It's been well documented for years on multiple platforms including Yelp and their BBB page yet they continue to cheat the public and abuse the goodwill of their name. I recommend other abused patients file a BBB complaint or contact a lawyer. Would be so simple for them to implement a change that all new patients are notified verbally and in writing in plain English (instead of purposefully obfuscated legalese and healthcare jargon) that they will bill as an outpatient at a hospital which can result in 10x-100x patient costs compared to a regular doctor's office. Plus they will bill a facility and doctor fee for each visit which results in double billing and further increased out of pocket costs. Of course that would scare most of their prey away. I honestly don't know how the people involved in this organization sleep at night. Shameless and disgusting from top to bottom.

I really like that they will almost always be able to fit me into the schedule at my soonest availability. If someone is not available to answer the phone right away, I will get a call back from an advice nurse. That is a fantastic help to me. We have seen almost all the Pediatricians who practice at this office. I find that they generally are great about spending time with the patient and answering all my parent questions. I never feel pressured by the doctors about our medical decisions.

It was tough going from the only doctors they had ever known to a bran new facility, but we did what we had to do. Getting an appointment was easy, the receptionists aren't overly warm, but I didn't have any rude behaviors or mask drama like many people have reported. They do still require all patients to wear masks, and when we forget them they quietly hand us all a mask and we go in. The office is older but clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are clean and always stocked which is nice. They don't have books or toys which isn't an issue for me, but for parents looking for distractions you might want to pack a few. There is a fun fish tank in each office to keep little eyes entertained while you sign in or fill out paperwork. Our kids have seen Dr Turner who I was pleasantly surprised with. She was calm and had a very welcoming demeanor which made it easier for my kids to warm up to. She took her time listening to them and addressing the concerns they had. We never felt rushed or unheard in her presence. On one occasion my son thought it would be funny to put a piece of fake dog poop on the chair as a prank. When she walked in she totally rolled with it and was so silly with him. She scored extra points for that!! She places orders quickly and is easy to contact which is also really nice. All of the nurses/LVNs have been amazing. They take their time and really practice patient centered care. One nurse even did breathing exercises with my daughter when she was panicked. It was beautiful to see and warmed my momma heart. One issue I did have, which is why I removed a star, is there don't seem to be any systems in place for victims of abuse. This is very concerning especially when children might be accompanied by an abuser and they are unable to advocate for themselves with the person in the room. Other than that I recommend this place.
