Because it was early spring, I knew there would be a wait since it's prom season. They gave me a turnaround of about 2 weeks, the total for the repair and to bring cash when picking up; no problem. The repair is fine. I kind of hoped it would have been done either with cashmere yarn or comparable blended yarn, but it looks like it was just done with regular thread. I guess the business name also gave me higher hopes for a sweater repair. So it is still noticeable, but probably better than I could do. I probably would have been more upset if I'd attempted it myself and messed it up more. I may eventually try to match the yarn and redo it myself, but it's good for now, and I'm probably the only one who notices. The staff was nice, and the work was completed on time as promised.

I wanted to get alterations for a gown I bought online. I only needed the dress hemmed a few inches because it fit perfectly everywhere else. I was in David's Bridal and I asked about alterations. I was not feeling their price or turn around time. A few doors down from David's Bridal, I noticed a new place had opened. I searched for them on Yelp and I found 2 reviews. The two reviews were good so I decided to give them a try. I figured they had to at least be decent if they were a few doors down from David's Bridal. I called them and asked if I could come by and they said of course! When I got there, I was immediately greeted. The ladies were so friendly and I could tell they knew what they were doing. They even gave me suggestions on where to get some shoes because they ones I intended to wear with the dress were glittery, which was sticking to my dress. I dropped my dress off a Friday and it was ready by Wednesday. Not only do they do great work...they do it quickly! I will definitely be using them again!
