Nothing to do here. Very small, you cant pick apples or anything. Not worth the drive just to go buy a bag of apples. Waste of time.

We started our Sat morning off there with a free yoga class in the market. After our fun flow session, we received a free drink ticket so we headed over for a drink. I had a regional (IN) white wine and my fiend had a local Oktoberfest beer. Refreshing! Loads of vendors from food to pumpkins all at reasonable prices. We bought some delicious Greek products after sampling their wares. Gluten-free yellow squash pizza crusts from White Oak Valley Farm were also purchased after tasting. The Market is large enough to have a nice array of products but small enough to cover in an hour or so while tasting and shopping your way around. My understanding is that they offer some sort of exercise class free at all/most of the markets dates. I was told it's not always yoga though. Only drawback is the lack of parking which may have been harder this month due to the coincidence with Harvest Homecoming.

I bought the most delicious strawberries ever from Lobenstien Farms. Flavor was amazing. I also bought the best spring honey. Lovely floral taste. There were two farm raised meat vendors. Fresh whole milk! They are open every Thursday but some vendors are there every other week or even once a months. Can't wait for next Thursday.

It's always cool to come with the husband and kids and enjoy family time and the summer weather. Most vendors also have samples for you to try. It's definitely family friendly and a good place to spend time walking around enjoying life, family, other people and the true essence of a farmers market - the products. My only complaint is I would like to see a few more different vendors. They have a lot of produce vendors who all mainly sell the same types of veggies, fruits and herbs. I get that it's a farmers market but some more different type of vendors (other than produce - i.e. dessert, body products, ice cream, etc.) would be a nice addition or change.

I was able to move freely about and explore the possibilities of my purchase at the various stands. I purchased eggplant and squash, cheese and pimento spread. It was all delicious when I prepared it at home. Had I planned better, I could have had a pint or 2 of MadTree beer when I was done shopping. Maybe next time.
