At 6 I called the store to see if the cabinet had been picked up and was told the item was still at the store. Tried to call the delivery service and got voice mail. Poor excuse for customer service. I can understand 1 mistake but back to back there is no excuse. So much for excellence in service. Almost 2 hours after writing the above review my cabinet was delivered. Never did receive a return call. The young man that delivered the cabinet was very nice and apologized for the late delivery. Unfortunately for me, he almost instantly found black mold growing in my air ducts!! Sean took his time and explained how they would not only clean my ducts, but remove the mold, sanitize, and fog the house to make sure it was 100% gone! Although this was not what I was hoping for, I'm so glad he found this problem and believe this has been causing my family to constantly be sick!
