But now that it is Witt Underwood, they promise to do the work but don't get it done. My dad passed away in August and I have contacted them several times about getting his headstone engraved. Each time (3) they said they would do it that week or the next. It has been over 2 months and there is still nothing done. I have paid them to do the work and I expect it to be done. I live 8 hours away now and it is a hardship for me to constantly be dealing with this. If I didn't think it would be a hassle to get a refund, I would try to get someone else to do the work.
