I am aware that they close 1:30-2 pm for lunch each day so I waited until after that to drive there. I'm sure it was a staffing issue and I understand that. I do wish they could find a way via text or Facebook to notify customers when that happens so we would not make unnecessary trips to pick-up RX's wasting time and fuel. They could have a Facebook page and post early closings. When asked if they would be open tomorrow, all they could say was "call before you come". I'm sure they would love to have to answer the phone hundreds of times a day just to let customers know whether they will be open normal hours or not.

I needed them gone! I was on the Next Door app and found the phone number for CMT Junk Removal, so I decided to contact them for a quote. Cory, the owner, contacted me back within about an hour. We texted back and forth, and I sent him photos of the boxes I needed removed. He gave me a generalized price range, which I felt was appropriate, considering the photos made it hard to tell precisely how much was there. He said he could do it that day, but the next day was better for me, and he was agreeable. He showed up promptly at the designated time with his pickup truck. He's an incredibly lovely and personable young man--strong as an ox! He was considerate, polite, and a hard worker with a very cheerful demeanor. He filled his truck completely and took that load to the dump, then came back for the second load--still with a wonderful attitude. The second load was the last of it. He even took away my old, broken microwave and an old computer chair. Cory is delightful to work with, and I recommend him any time! I will use him again when it's time for me to clear out a large storage locker. I hope his business continues to grow and become successful.

I stayed here during the week- it was very quiet- on a wknd could be radically different noise level (given that I could hear the noise from the parking lot inside my 3rd floor room.) Picked this location since it was so close to I-81. Arrived & instantly felt safe, comfortable here. Simple, clean landscaping. Well-lit parking lot- spaces open close enough to the door. Cleared sidewalks on the way into the lobby despite a few days of snow on a cold icy night. Desk clerk immediately greeted me to let me know she'd be right there. Thanked me for being a rewards member- even if that comes with nothing else- just something about this acknowledgment is nice. (Of course I'll take a perk but hey...) Sadly, she did NOT mention the coffee & tea bar that is accessible in the lobby 24 hrs- found it by watching another guest. Loved having an herbal tea before bed without having to pay primo price for it. I also got a water from the lobby pitcher (lemon-infused) & it tasted great. They had free cookies too. These little kindnesses really do make it a more comfy stay. And people forget to drink enough water in the wintertime! This whole overnight experience was in HUGE contrast (much better) to a bigger brand name hotel the week before in the same area. This was a minimalist, chic room with just enough to offer- and clean. Free simple breakfast. Lots of seating- nice & cozy/warm. Overall in good shape- I might have been in a renovated room.
