Not only did he agree to take on my job and promptly schedule a day to come out within a week, he also explained why it was being required by the county, what the tests will provide, and potential solutions depending on the results of the test. On the day of the tests, I met one of Bill's employees on site and they were more than courteous with their time to explain to me the methods on evaluating the soil and what each sample meant. Finally, I spoke to Bill after the test since I needed a couple of referrals related to my construction project and he gave me three people that: 1) have experience working directly with the county, 2) were happy to review what I have currently done and provide suggestions. Our sewer line pipe had separated from the main and American Trenchless Technologies relined the old clay tile pipe under the street and fixed the connection at the main for 65% less than digging up our yard and our street!
