He provides very clear communication regardless if you prefer calls/emails/text, and he was very accessible throughout the whole process. This was especially important as we were buying from out of state with the intention of moving to Austin soon. Kiel gave us recommendations for what pricing to start with and helped with negotiations as well as giving a recommendation for a home inspector so that we would be well prepared on the condition of the house during the option period. Negotiations were data-driven with comps in the area and he also provides monthly market analysis. I would definitely recommend Kiel for home buyers!

We received an offer within two weeks, while many other units in my development had been sitting on the market much longer, even after price adjustments. Having an experienced, knowledgeable agent like Carson guiding me through both buying and selling made all the difference. I would absolutely recommend him.

Incredibly Honest and Trustworthy Realtor…read more I can't say enough good things about my experience with Paul Reddam. Most agents are eager to close a deal, but he took the time to truly understand my situation and gave me advice that wasn't in their own immediate interest--they actually told me not to sell. After evaluating the market and my financials, Paul explained that selling right now would likely lead to a loss and wasn't the smartest move for me. That level of honesty and integrity is rare, and it's something I deeply respect and appreciate. It was clear that he genuinely had my best interests at heart rather than just trying to make a sale. If you're looking for someone who will be upfront, ethical, and truly on your side, I highly recommend Paul. I'll absolutely be working with him again when the time is right! --Danny N.

I was looking for someone with an experienced perspective, not just a yes-person, and that was my experience with him. On the selling side, some of my family had agents in the past who went unreasonably overboard with staging or bending over backwards for prospect buyers, and that was not my experience here, which I'm very grateful for. We dealt with a Prospect buyer/agent combo who were at times unreasonable, waited until the last minute to ask for things & where the agent didn't do a good job at managing their clients' expectations, and Jason handled a lot of those tougher interactions before I even had to, and was instrumental to getting us through close. In my opinion, what sets her apart is her understanding of the market, especially the Austin market which doesn't obey any set rules. Given the number of transactions she has handled, she has intimate knowledge of the market and knows what's happening all over Austin, not just in a specific neighborhood or zip code. She is also the first to point out neighborhood or house quirks and fully explores what that would mean to us as buyers. She does a lot of the property analysis even before going to the property and checks if those special considerations would be issues for our family. With Michelle, you'd be buying a house knowing what you are buying. She also helped rent out a house and handled the rental process seamlessly. Her deep knowledge of the market, her advanced skill level when tweaking offers, her amazing contacts for mortgage brokers and insurance agents and her ready availability to discuss all things real estate is what drives us to want to go to Michelle when we have another real estate need!

She made sure that we were the first in on this home because she knew it wouldn't last. I've worked with…read moreVictoria for the past two years, and she has gone above and beyond every single time to help me find an apartment that actually feels like me. Apartment hunting is incredibly overwhelming and stressful, the options out there are endless, and a lot of apartments are deceiving, but Victoria somehow makes the entire process feel so much less scary and so much more manageable. She is patient, attentive, incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about finding the right home for me -- not just getting me into an apartment. I trust Victoria completely, which says a lot. I've sent her paragraphs of apartment requirements, questions, and probably way too many messages at all hours of the day, and she has always been incredibly patient and helpful. She listens to what I'm looking for, remembers the little details, and puts real thought into finding options that fit my needs. She has exceeded every expectation I could have had for an apartment locator. One thing that really stands out to me is that I ended up signing for an apartment that unfortunately no longer works with apartment locators. Even though Victoria wasn't able to be involved in the process in the same way, she has continued to be incredibly supportive and helpful. That really says everything about the kind of person she is. She genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to be happy, even when there's nothing in it for her. This was my second year working with Victoria, and the fact that I continue to come back to her speaks for itself. She has made what could be one of the most stressful parts of moving feel exciting and even fun. Victoria has set the bar incredibly high, and I would recommend her to absolutely anyone looking for an apartment in Austin. She is the first person I would send my friends, family, and coworkers to without hesitation. I'm so grateful for everything Victoria has done for me over the past two years. She is truly an incredible apartment locator, and Smart City is lucky to have someone like her representing the company. If you're looking for an apartment, ask for Victoria -- you will not regret it!

I gave Jordan the phone number to the management properly that I eventually rented from! I would not recommend Jordan or his company for two reasons. 1.) After explaining to Jordan what I was looking for a lower crime neighborhood and less transient people. Jordan recommended The Summit apartments where residents expressed numerous transient issues. (Jordan does not know the properties at all he is just in sell mode to get his commission) 2.) They, Jordan and Smart City, are just interested in "closing the deal" and have very little sway with the properties. They, Smart City, doesn't hit multiple properties. Smart city just pushes the properties on a preselected list where I suspect Smart City gets the most commission. The leadership cannot be that great if this is their business plan! Push the properties on their preselected list! Like I said I had to go to the neighborhood that I liked, 45th and Guadalupe, and get a flier from one of the properties and then call the properties listed on the flier. I ended getting the apartment on my own. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.. Smart City only wants to close the deal and collect full commission on the least amount of effort on their part. I will not do business again with Smart City! Such a waste of time!

Our friends referred Sean to us after he helped them find their dream house. Tomorrow will be exactly one year from when we found our dream home in far south Austin, just listed that day and already toured three times before we squeezed in before the cut-off hour on a weeknight to see it. We knew instantly that we wanted it. Being first time home buyers, Sean coached us through the process, from making the first offer (that very day, day 0 on the market!), to submitting an escalation clause when we inevitably had to fight for the house against another offer, and all the many steps after that to close. We could reach him any time, day or night, with a text or a call. The convenience of digital signature forms kept the process moving and we closed within a month of making our offer. The process, though nerve wracking at times, was incredibly painless thanks to Sean's diligence, guidance and again, EXTREME PATIENCE with our million questions. He went above and beyond what we expected a realtor would and should do. He's incredibly knowledgeable about the neighborhoods throughout south Austin and taught us a few things about the development we moved into. He has since recommended a few contractors and vendors to help with home repairs, so his help continues to this day. If you're looking for a personable, honest and hard working realtor to guide you through the home search and buying process, I wholeheartedly recommend Sean McCormack.

In the not so distant past, evil Realtor overlords dominated the housing horizon. Time and again, we tried to shed these dream oppressors, but alas they seemed to be at every home purchase. Then came Sean... a seemingly unassuming, small town boy with big city dreams. While wandering away from his quaint village of "New York", he stumbled upon a strange, new, and decidedly weird world known as Austin. He sought a different path, one that only became clearer over time. By channeling his spirit in this sparse, south by southwestern community he found his calling... place people in their homes. Nurtured by the Austin oasis, this lone rebel fought the evil Empire for us. Our young warrior was not afraid to turn in a low bid or stand up to the dogmatic forces of proper real estate etiquette. "All they can say is no," said the boy as he became a master. From the vast hilly desert of SW Austin, through the hills and up to the highlands, Sean fought the good fight to put us in a home. Along the way, he dealt adamantly with real estate riffraff and fought for the little guy, establishing himself as a Realtor of the people. Now, as we move on to the next chapter in our lives, we'll forever be grateful to the agent who said "Those electrical boxes will catch on fire!" and "I wouldn't want a rat to fall on your face" and "Got you a free water heater." Truly a man of distinction. Thank you Sean Austin, and godspeed.
