I love the doctors & staff in this office. I feel like a majority of these negative reviews are due to diagnoses that the parents didn't agree with. I have had an amazing experience with Lynn Dever as my sons doctor. She is always so happy to see him, along with the rest of the staff. Their office is always warm so when my son has his check ups he isn't freezing. When giving vaccines they go the extra mile to make sure that when it hurts, he is always ready to laugh afterwards. I've been working as a nurse in geriatrics for the last 23 years and I understand first hand what it's like to work with sick people. My son and daughter have been patients at Holland pediatrics for over 10 years. As of today, they will no longer be going to that office for the following 2 reasons: 1. Last month, when both of my children were exposed to a COVID-19 person and I called to talk to the nurse, no one returned my call. 2. Today, I called and requested a script to have my daughter tested for COVID at a lab because both, my husband and I, have tested positive, I was told that they don't give scripts for tests and to go to Bucks County website to schedule an appointment at a government testing site. Is it really that difficult to write a script for a test and fax it to a lab?!?! I've realized that the staff at Holland pediatrics does not care and does everything to avoid helping their customers.. read more

I have been going here since my first child was born. 13 1/2 yrs. The practice has amazing doctors. Unfortunately since they joined Einstein system of doctors the customer service has declined to absolute nightmare. You can only make appointments for annuals exactly 30days prior to your 1yr. Even if the 30 days fall on the weekend. Front desk people are rude and mean. Don't want to go back but love the drs =================== Still the same - not even one star. Just want to mention that I love all the dr. At this practice but the management of the facility needs improvements. Open till 5 pm 3 days out of 5. Closed Sunday and Saturday. I was not able to get a convenient dr appointment for my daughter for 5 days. They are booked were all booked or I have to take my daughter out of school, she is in 8th grade and is taking her PSSA. The recommendation I got was go to Urgent Care. What??? Establish a better schedule, hire more drs. Or stop taking new patients. But referring a patient that had been with the practice for almost 15yrs to urgent care is not acceptable. read more

Central scheduling is a disgrace. Local office is not better. Long wait times and if you are late, they tell you the doctor left for the day. That's really a thing here. read more

It is not often that I feel compelled to write a review -- however, as a Health Care Provider myself -- this practice is a disgrace. 1. Good luck getting an appointment. The office utilized an answering service that is incredibly inefficient. The third party staff answering the phones knows zero about the practice and cannot answer basic questions. 2. Good luck getting an URGENT/SICK appointment -- I have had to take my daughter to Urgent Care or the ER after not being able to get in contact with the office. 3. Need a paper signed for school? You're looking at months of waiting time. My child was unable to begin soccer due to delay in the required medical paperwork that was submitted months in advance. 4. When you do get through to someone at the front desk (after many threats and an entire day of back and forth) -- they are incredibly rude. My daughter had a small window to receive Tamiflu treatment for the flu (48hrs) -- and the front desk argued with me that she was fine since she received the flu shot. Clearly, this individual doesn't understand how vaccines work. My daughter was sick for 14 days -- missing 10 days of school -- something that could have been truncated with proper attention and treatment (and the front desk staff not operating like they have a medical degree). Their practice of medicine is unethical and unacceptable. A true shame because there are some great physicians once you get past the red tape. Whatever the cSDO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE. ---------- UPDATE: I didn't think there were room for this practice to be MORE horrendous. I was wrong. My daughter initiated her SERIES of HPV vaccinations at this office. I have been trying to make an appointment for her second dose for months. I have a 1.5 hr commute to work every morning so call EVERYDAY in an effort to get through to a competent human (which is generally just an answering service that only has access to the scheduling). After a week of calling, I finally got a human who explained the "system was down" and that "someone would call me back". No call back. As you can imagine, I spent another week calling on my daily commute to and from work...nothing. Finally got someone this morning (the crowd cheers) and the answering service states they don't have access to the lab schedule for immunizations? WHATEVER THE CASE -- my daughter's HPV vaccine is now 4 months OVERDUE. This delay is not how this vaccination is indicated - and may affect efficacy. How are these doctors not proactively scheduling these vaccines? My PCP calls ME to remind me of my approaching vaccine needs. I stand firm - this place needs to close it's doors. After consulting other parents at my daughter's school - the experience is the same and an overwhelming number of families are on the waitlist for a nearby pediatrician's office. If you're a physician at this practice - please seek employment elsewhere. You are wonderful. Your staff/structure is absolutely disgraceful and unethical. read more

Absolutely horrible experience today. My daughter had a 4 year old check up today. I was told when she got her flu vaccine that she was due for her 4 year check up and when I scheduled it I said 4 year old check up. I just came in today and was told that she was scheduled with just the lab for a vaccine. Are you freaking kidding me!!! I had to speak with a manager to get them to put me in the schedule as they were suppose to do before. Now I have to wait because of THEIR mistake. This is ridiculous. I can hear them, as I sit here waiting, complaining about me. How unprofessional! I will now be looking for a new pediatrician. I should of listened to the magnitudes of negative reviews on Yelp and google. I understand that mistakes happen but you own up to them, apologize and rectify it. You don't act as if the patient and their mother is the problem. I work in the medical field myself and this is absolutely unacceptable. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a doctors office. This office needs a whole new office staff. They have to drain the swamp hit the reset button and start from scratch. I have been taking my child here for the past four years. They have always treated both myself and my child with kindness and respect. I can always find an appointment that fits in my schedule and they are always VERY thorough with our visit. I would recommend this practice for any family. read more

Worst place ever!!!! We usually go to dresher office... my daughter came home sick with a fever and sore throat... was told all offices had no appts!!!! What??? Seriously???? I had a really pleasant experience here, front staff was accommodating and helpful, they got me right on for an appt after switching pediatricians and needing some referrals, Dr Feldstein was a world of difference from my former pediatrician, knowledgeable and helpful.. The only thing that was on the negative side was we did wait a bit to be seen , but it was still less time than I've waited for previous doctor. read more

My son has gone to Holland Pediatrics since he was an infant. We can never get an appointment there when he needs one and he is now a teenager. Because we can never get an appointment when we need one I've had to bring him to Redi clinics. Now they tell me they can't give me a referral because it's been too long since they've seen him. We've been trying to get in touch with them for days for a referral they have never called anyone back. When I arrived at Holland pediatrics at 12:30 in the afternoon the doors were wide open and no one was in the doctor's office no one Manning any of their paperwork any medications or anything else in the building. HIPAA laws require that people's stuff is safeguarded and Holland Pediatrics doesn't give a crap about that. I was greeted by a nasty woman named Renee who works at the front counter who apparently was on her lunch break. As she and another co-worker sauntered in myself and another person were standing there saying no one is in this building the doors wide open? And they said we're back at 1 just have a seat and we'll be out to see you in a while. Holland Pediatrics leaves their doors wide open when no one is in the building but they have a problem with anyone asking for a referral when they can never seem to see them. My first visit there, they fit in not one sick child but two. We sat for maybe ten minutes then we were called in the back. We waited maybe ten more minutes for the PA who was so attentive to my children's needs and was humorous along with them. She was great. The receptionist was very sociable and friendly. The worst customer service ever!The first time I made an appointment for Thursday afternoon,I took off from work so I could make it.However I received a phone call Thursday morning about them not being able to see my kids because the doctor is absent.Then THEY rescheduled it for Saturday afternoon and at the time I was leaving my house I received a phone call and I was told that they can't see me because they are closed at this time!!!!I asked them to see my right before they close that day,so the secretary put me on hold and never bothered to answer me.I was also unable to reach them when I called them back.Very inconsiderate and unprofessional people.Will never come back and won't recommend others read more

I am very uneasy when my son gets shots no matter what, I always like the doctor to tell me what each shot is for, we saw no Doctor the nurse gave my son shots and said " look away stop I don't want him grabbing the needle " seemed like her first time considering she placed the used needle right next to my sons hand. My children have been at Holland Pediatrics for 14 years. I was happy until they closed the Richboro office. Since then, the practice has continued to deteriorate at a rapid rate. The office staff is horrendous. They are rude, unwelcoming and incompetient. A call to the office will usually will take at least 10-15 mins. Asking for simple things seems beyond their abilities. Calls are not returned, messages are not passed on to the drs, etc. It is only the doctors that have kept me there. I am currently researching a new doctor since Einstein doesn't seem to care about this practice. read more

This place is absolutely terrible with customer service. I have called just 3 times today and placed on hold....just to get a simple yes or no! I called 2 weeks ago too asking for my son's chart to be faxed to my new pediatrician. All was done in order to have the information sent BUT STILL NO INFORMATION WAS SENT. So on the phone with them today again today....placed on hold again and again...10 minutes, then told 5 minutes....I hung up! Terrible as it was even when we use to go there! We go there since my son was born, he is 18 month old now and I have to tell you I started to think to find another pediatric office. The girls at reception are so nice, always nice, and helpful who ever said they are rude don't listen, never were they rude even when I called them for emergency appointment always found the best time for us. But the reason I want to switch the docs is because every single time we wait in exam room for a check up more than actual exam lasts and they always rush in I can feel they can't wait to leave the room. There are only 2 doctors I like, who really seem to be professional and care about the child, ask a lot of questions and explain stuff not only saying that it's ok it's normal! May be it is ok, and it is normal but I want to know why this or that happens and what can cause this and that, and all they can tell is that's ok?! I mean are you a doctor or a joke?! So every time I come home disappointed and I become some sort of a doctor, I have to search online why my baby have this or that and if this is normal and how we can treat it and so on. I don't know may be I'm wrong but it seems because it's association of doctors that's why they so relaxed and don't care about their little patients, but in the urgent care and free clinics the doctors are more professional and not so heartless. read more

I have had so many problems with this place, from a management point of view, I literally cringe every time I have to make an appointment. I always liked the doctors and the nurse practitioners, as they were very knowledgeable and sweet with my children. However, the public relations department is terrible at Einstein health system. That is probably why I never get to see one doctor twice in this place, from one visit to the next Whoever has an ounce of common sense will find a different place to work. I can only imagine, as a nurse myself, what it would be like to work in chaotic place like this. All my three children cannot be scheduled for back to back well visits, because the knuckle heads at the desk say the policy only allows two children per family at a time. Did I ask for all three to be seen at the same time? Of course not. So, I ask them why can't they schedule my third kid for the following slot, after the first two are seen. The doctors continue to see patients anyway, so why can't they see my third kid next? It simply has no logic. I didn't request a specific day or time, I just wanted to have this done during the same doctor visit, so that I wouldn't have to go back two or three times. Any other office would facilitate that for families, but not Einstein. I have had it for the past 6 yrs with this place. I'm taking all my kids' records and I'm moving them to another facility. Good buy and do yourselves a favor and find better managers for this s#*! hole!!! read more
