Thank you to Carol and all of your staff who work tirelessly to care for those in need.

The staff was very professional. It felt more like a family atmosphere than one of those cold impersonal retirement homes. There were just 7 residents when my mother was there. In this time of Covid-19, older persons are especially vulnerable. Carol made sure that all precautions were taken for a safe environment. I could only see my mother through a glass partition. Near the end, my mother needed hospice care. Once again, Carol came through and recommend an in visit hospice company. This way , my mother could stay at Rejuvenation House and not be transferred to a new location which am sure would have frighten my 98 year old mother. My mother passed away recently. I am sure that she was able to live longer due to the excellent care she received at Rejuvenation House. The rates are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this facility for your loved ones.

While other agencies never even called me back, Nursing Referral Service found two nurses who were available almost immediately and who were incredibly caring, kind, thoughtful, responsive, and talented. Our case was not simple but both of them made us feel like the only clients they had. The same is true of the staff at the agency, who came to feel like friends. I cannot recommend this service enough!

They were informative and extremely understanding about the pressures I was experiencing in obtaining care for my 85 year old mother. Our caregiver Fatima was all I could ask for in a compassionate, watchful, and proactive nursing professional. The Ally electronic payment system was a relief from check writing and IRS 1099 tax reporting paperwork plus they were able to submit invoices to my LTC policy claim. If you need a one stop shop for trusted nursing care, look no further, you've got the best with this team. They were recommended to me and I highly recommend them again.

We love this facility. It is an assisted living in a "home" setting with a total of 8 residence. It was a very clean family atmosphere. Our mom was closely watched over and cared for by the most professional ,dedicated and loving staff. We are very grateful for the loving care given to our Mom. The residents appeared happy, the facility was clean, the staff were positive and friendly, Andy was concerned about each resident, and the staff to resident ratio was very good, 7/2. I felt that Mother's needs would be attended to very quickly unlike at the larger senior residences we visited. As it turned out, this was the best decision we could have made for Mother. The Tysons Woods facility always was clean. The residents were always dressed neatly and seemed happy. All the food was home cooked. The staff was attentive, cheerful, and genuinely concerned about the residents. I came to know that the senior staff members, Yesica, Rosario, Simona, and Andy, were professionals and followed State and Federal requirements to the letter, such as making sure we signed the appropriate documents and assuring that Mother received her prescribed medicines and treatments. There is a doctor on call. Mother was treated very well, and she was comfortable there. We could visit her whenever and as long as we wanted to. I unconditionally recommend Tysons Woods as a residence for aging seniors, especially those with Dementia or Alzheimer's disease. We were confident that Mother was well cared for by concerned and dedicated people and that Mother was happy there. Tysons Woods was Mother's residence for her last 9 years. Brian C.
