I think she has a lot of insight and is very smart, but if you're like me and value promptness and a little more effort on the emotional side. I do not think she is a good fit for you. She was continually late, but made sure to always get me out at my time. I'm tired of their time being valuable and mine not..... Or maybe if she is really busy she might need to stop accepting new patients. We didn't end on bad terms. But, I just got a charge on my CC a year later for an appt that she forgot to charge. I don't appreciate the unprofessionalism especially when you're paying so much.

Kim has the guys do subQ injections instead of IM (in the muscle) which is way less painful, and so far he's done great with doing the injections and is definitely feeling the benefits. I had a friend who went to Ironwood Men's Health and he told me how much better he was feeling in a few weeks, so I decided to book a consult. Kim (the owner/practitioner) spent the time listening to my concerns and going over the process. This was after she had me do lab work, which indeed showed me low on testosterone. I was there longer than expected (asking probably dumb questions), but she spent all the time I needed to get me comfortable. She told me to not expect noticeable results for a few weeks, but I honestly felt more energetic and focused within a day of my first injection. My wife noticed it too... I had the energy to work on a project of cleaning up the garage that had been on my to-do list for months . Fast forward about 6 weeks (where I'm at now). I couldn't be happier with my continued improvement in energy/focus and my decision to go to Ironwood Men's Health. Highly recommend!

When I met Dr. Lambert in 2015, I was a mere shell of myself. I was one year into a new job…read more(producing mediocre results), living with my sister, overweight, and on the "outs" of a relationship that ended up failing horribly. I was extremely vulnerable and was in search of why I was failing at life. As sessions with Dr. Lambert went on, I was able to gain a deeper understanding into who I was, why I was attracting certain people in my life and why I continued to make decisions that manifested the same results. Dr. Lambert challenged me to change my perspective and put forth some serious effort to change my life. Within THREE MONTHS of seeing him, I bought my first home. Within the first TWO YEARS of seeing him, I was promoted twice at my job, lost 40 pounds and got engaged. The quality of care that our special needs daughter (she's 23) has been receiving for over 1 1/2…read moreyears has been phenomenal! Two major health issues have majorly improved. Her hypothyroidism improved so much that even her bloodwork didn't even show that she has it anymore. Also, the slow decline in her kidney function completely went away and her eGFR jumped up 14 points! She's now not in any kidney stage as per bloodwork as well! She also had been always battling constipation that is now regular and also has been slowly steadily losing weight over the last 1 1/2 years!
