When I buy at Walmart, a week is easy; from Festival , by day 3 o4 they are moldy. Other berries apply as well. I brought them back and received new containers a couple of times but there has been no improvement and I just go to Walmart now for all of my produce. It's cheaper and fresher. Perhaps Festival gets a purchasing discount on produce if it's getting old? And sell it higher? The higher prices are already enough for me to make the switch. I've been a customer at that Festival for 20 years but my opinion is much lower now - obviously.

It's also good customer cultural experience. I learned what other stores have stores other than the big chain. It was on a main street very convenient to park and get in very easy to park. Easy to find. Inside it was clean well stuffed with different things. Few items were 1.50$ Like my facial tissue box which is understandable with the inflation. At least it was easy to notice that it was more than one dollar so there was no surprise or drama at the cashier. The cashier was friendly. There's a plastic link with the plastic sound not made it sound that you can shake to bring them in. So it's not deafening bell.

To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am submitting this correspondence as a formal complaint concerning the conduct of an employee at your store during my visit yesterday, 7/11/26 between 1:20 pm -- 1:30 pm. The treatment I received was unacceptable, inconsistent with reasonable customer service standards, and warrants immediate review by Cub Foods management! I approached the guest services counter for the lawful purpose of completing a purchase using United States coin currency, specifically quarters. At all times, I remained calm, respectful, and cooperative. Despite this, the employee refused to assist me. Rather than professionally explaining any store policy or attempting to resolve the situation, she made a dismissive remark, abruptly terminated the interaction, and walked away, leaving me standing at the counter without assistance! Equally troubling was the employee's demeanor. She displayed what I reasonably perceived to be open hostility, including an angry facial expression and narrowed eyes immediately before walking away. Her conduct conveyed contempt rather than professionalism and left me feeling humiliated and publicly disrespected. The employee represented herself as a manager. However, I observed that her name tag did not identify her as holding a managerial position. I request that Cub Foods determine whether she was, in fact, authorized to represent herself in that capacity. I am Latino, and I left this interaction with a genuine concern that I was treated differently because of my ethnicity. While I recognize that only a thorough investigation can determine the motivation for an employee's conduct, I cannot ignore the fact that I experienced treatment that was markedly discourteous, dismissive, and degrading. Every customer, regardless of race, ethnicity, or national origin, is entitled to equal treatment, dignity, and respect while conducting ordinary business. Accordingly, I request that Cub Foods promptly investigate this incident, including reviewing any available surveillance footage, identifying all employees involved, determining whether company policies or standards of conduct were violated, and taking whatever corrective action is appropriate. I also request a written response outlining the findings of your investigation and the measures implemented to ensure that customers are treated professionally and respectfully going forward. Organizations are ultimately judged not only by the policies they publish, but by the conduct they permit. I sincerely hope Cub Foods will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and demonstrate its commitment to providing all customers with fair, respectful, and professional service. The new pharmacist has been fantastic and has dropped what he was doing to give us flu shots. The staff is always very helpful and always try's to accommodate the next person, even when the lines are very long.

Been going to CVS for years with a neutral attitude on their customer service; so so service…read moredepending who is working. Shannon is very customer oriented. Dec 7 around 11:00 am I experienced an unnecessary wait as the CVS employees ignored the few customers in line. The employees were really just ignoring the waiting customers for an unreasonable amount of time as they worked on other things. Considering that there were more CVS employees than customers, there was no need to keep the customers waiting for around 10 minutes. The Pharmacist who was waiting on a customer when I arrived, told me she'd be right with me. She then proceeded to walk away and do other things and never came back to the counter. Around 10 minutes later one of the employees finally came to the prescription pick up area and waited on me. Very irritating when the CVS employees behave as if their time is more valuable than their customers. Serving waiting customers should be a priority rather than working on items for future pick up.
