Pet Friendly and kid friendly, so bring the whole family! A beautifully landscaped RV Resort that impresses you during the drive to the guard gated entrance. There are basic lots, lots with Tiki Huts and lots with casitas. Some owners even rent their RV with the lot... Tons of things to do in the amenity circle; pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, horseshoes, putting green, volleyball a fitness center, library and a laundry facility. Plus a club house with planned activities. Outdoor BBQ area with tiki huts and dining tables with chairs. Renters have full access to all amenities. Pompano, Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale Beaches are just a short drive East. Shopping along with airports and cruise ports are also nearby. All utilities are included in rental rates for Lot 22; trash pickup at lot, water, sewer, cable, wifi and electric. There is a Tiki Hut on Lot 22 with lighting, dining for 6 and 2 lux loungers. Located at the top of the Keys, this little RV Resort is the perfect spot, one of the best I've…read morestayed at when you consider all the amenities and the best when it comes to the staff - I booked our site well in advance and had a number of conversations with Patrick and Carlos prior to arriving, these guys are great communicators and provided exceptional customer service from the very beginning and throughout our 10 day stay. The grounds are well maintained and the staff pays attention to every detail - they pick up the trash every two hours as an example. The oceanside pool / hot tub, dock and shady sandy beach like setting is made for relaxing with a beautiful view of the blue water, if you can't forget the world's troubles here there are other issues, this place definitely exemplifies island time. We had site #22 a pull-through site that fit our 41 foot coach and tow vehicle just fine, the privacy hedges provided enough isolation to disconnect from the world but the layout also provides some social opportunities, everyone here pretty much has the same agenda and fortunately we had great neighbors. The utilities included fresh water, 50 amp electrical, full sewer hookups cable and Internet ( I didn't use their cable being I have a satellite so I can't comment on the channel selection but I'm sure it's fine) the internet was probably the best I've experienced at any campground, it connected instantly to my WiFi Ranger at full strength the entire time without any interruptions. The compacted rock sites are level with with brick patios and a picnic table, even with a few heavy rain showers we never witnessed any standing water. We definitely plan on returning, actually our site is already booked for 2023 ensuring we can get back in, this definitely is a RV Resort that you need to plan ahead especially if your travel plans are less flexible and you want to stay over a holiday, it's a great location to stay if you're wanting to explore the Keys. We experienced zero issues and everyone we spoke with felt the same way and many have been returning year after year this is definitely a piece of paradise...
