We were told we would have a spot in the fenced in area (look on a map the fenced area is very clear) and when we arrived, our spot was double booked. They told us they could park it an available spot and move it to the secure spot. Of course, the RV wasn't moved for a month and a half and the bikes were stolen. Our bikes which were attached to the front with a very good lock, would not have been easy to pry open and would have taken a decent effort. The manager Dee told me that they have cameras however at night they are of no use as there is a glare....great surveillance. She also informed us that this service road is a frequent short cut for people not staying at that park to go through. When we returned to pick up the RV which had since been moved to the fenced area, we were really disappointed because if it was there in the first place, our property would have been safe. Only thing worse than this experience was speaking to the owner who showed no signs of empathy for our loss, clearly because we had already paid the fees. She also told us that they do not offer secure storage, but they offer storage? These people do not care for you or your belongings.

Breezy Hill RV Resort - We parked our tow vehicle next to the motorhome. Technically it should have been parked a lot closer to the motorhome.

This was the first time staying at Encore Breezy Hill. Zero starts if I could!!!!…read more This park has a very nice entrance coming into the park. Very nicely landscaped with flowers and lights but don't let that fool you! I think the city has them do that because of the neighborhood. When you get inside the park it looks very old and abandoned. A lot of the mobile homes look very old and definitely need some TLC. This park is mainly used for snowbirds. When they all leave it's empty and boarded up. So the main reason why my wife and I say "stay away from this park". It's just "our opinion" and based on our experience and observations. * Our site was very small. We have a 26' Sprinter motorhome. When parked at our site I was within 2' of the water connection in the back of the Rv and the front bumper was about 1' from the edge of the road. * When we arrived we noticed the previous person had left dog grooming clippings in the grass and dog poop all over the place! (See photo). I was mad and felt if I went up to the office they would just ask us to leave so we just dealt with it. We also noticed dog poop around the all the other three to four empty sites around us. It was like our site was the dog park area lol! Well our two dogs (which always stay on their leash) we had to keep them away from all that mess. One of our dogs must have got into something while on our walk the first night. The next day and that night he was throwing up and diarrhea all over the place! He stayed sick for the next 5 days. Also didn't eat. * The power at the park is not very good. We use the Power Watchdog surge protector and it showed at night after 9pm it was 120 volts. During the day starting at about 7am the volts would drop to as low as 114 volts. So aggravating because we had to watch what we ran. Couldn't run microwave and A/C at the same time. Btw; our Sprinter motorhome is a 30amp unit. At night time the power supply was ok. * Water pressure was fine. We were able to maintain 40psi no problem. * During our walks most people were not very friendly; mainly the people that live there full time. One couple that lives on the corner seemed nice and would waive and say hey each night. Some of the people drove through the park very fast; like they were in a race or like they just stolen the vehicle. Turning corners like they were in a car race and zoom they were off.... While trying to enter our gate code coming back into the park we had people behind us honking the horn being impatient; like I can speed to gate process up. Some would try to tailgate us so they won't have to enter their gate code. Once they got by the gate arm they passed us. To be very honest; the ONLY reason we stayed at this park is because we have the Thousand Trails membership and it's part of it. We tried to get into the park next door which is their sister park (Encore Highland Woods) which is 100% better than this park. They were booked up and we had to stay here! We've stayed at Highland Woods several times with no issues. Also another reason we stay at these two parks is to visit family (our daughter, son-in-law and grandkids) who lives in the area. So for us (thankfully) these parks are just a place to park and sleep at night. During the day we are gone!!!!! So at Breezy Hill for 7 long days I'm so glad all we did was sleep in the motorhome and wake up the next morning and leave to visit family. If we weren't leaving every day and had to just stay here; we would not stay. Breezy Hill is NOT a Rv Resort. Definitely don't recommend staying here until the owner of the park takes more of an initiative in updating the park and maintaining it a lot better! ZERO star 000000000

Whether it's a weekend getaway or a 5 to 6 month stay (like I experienced), you will not be disappointed! The staff there is extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and caring to not only myself, but anyone that I've seen them interact with. Ashleigh and the other gentleman (apologies for forgetting his name at the moment) at the front desk, these two people in particular are amazing at what they do! I have been going through a rough time living alone and being separated from my wife and kids this passed year. Anytime I have seen or spoken to them, they are always polite, go up and beyond their jobs customer service wise, always smiling, and are in a positive mood! The manager George and assistant manager Gail are also great employees. Let's not forget about there great maintenance staff! Who you can tell they truly care about their jobs because how well maintained the park is kept! This is a great team who care about there community and their tenants! Thank you all so much, to all of you guys at Breezy Hill Resort. You have made my stay extremely pleasant and I would be honored to come back soon!

Rv sites are VERY tight and close together. This is definitely "Urban Rv Park". Looks like they ran out of sites and combined one site into two in order to have more availability. Because they are tight the sites are pull through but you have to have the front of the Rv as close to the road as you can. This will allow you to park your vehicle behind the Rv within the site. Cannot park vehicle on the grass!!!!! So far all the staff has been super friendly and helpful! Water pressure has been great. Electrical has been great. * The only difference at this park is the water and electrical connections are on the opposite side of the Rv (water and electrical hose runs underneath the Rv to the other side). I also keep an extra 25' 50amp extension cord for just that reason. For us it's not about where we park but the destination (for exploring the area). So far we like it here at this park and will come back in the future. Added info 6 days later: * In the Rv section be aware that some of the permanent Rv residents have large dogs. The dogs definitely didn't like us walking our dogs down their road. One dog ran fast towards us and luckily the owner grabbed the leash at the last minute to hold them back. We also picked up after our dogs each and every time they (poop); even around our own Rv site. Each day as we took our dogs out to use the restroom by our Rv I had to picked up other dogs (poop) in addition to ours. There were actually some (poop) next to the Rv about a foot from the door. Yuck! Also a lot of the residents like to listen to their Latin music around them at a level that can be heard all over. Meaning; at their permanent residence, at the pool and in their vehicles. Saturday and Saturday night were the loudest. Honestly; we were gone sightseeing during most part of the day. Usually we were back at the Rv around 3pm. Like I said before; this is NOT a destination park to come and just hang out. It's a place you park your Rv and venture out sightseeing. There is a lot to do around this area that's 15 to 30 minutes away in any direction. * I give it a 5 for the location and still a 3 for every thing else. The grounds keeper and night security are super nice and I give them a 5.

During peak seasons in the winter months this park like most others in Florida are full and hard to get. We were here during the month of May and had no issues getting a spot. We live in Florida and our daughter and son-in-law moved from Jacksonville to West Palm Beach for a new job. When we come down and visit them Encore Highland Woods park is the closest to their home. We try and stay at Thousands Trails membership parks so we can utilize our membership to the fullest. I read a lot of reviews about this park and most were negative. I was really worried about coming here. I can honestly say we really didn't have any issues or concerns while staying here for 7 days. My opinion only; this is just a place to stay and not a destination park. A place to park the Rv and venture out sightseeing. While we were here we would leave around 9:30am and go visit our daughter and grandkids in West Palm and then come home around 4pm. We walked our two dogs around both parks (Highland Woods and Breezy Hill). Both parks are ran by the same office. Our site was spacious with decent room on both sides. * The only odd thing about this park there is not an office here. You have to walk next door to Breezy Hill to their office. * They do have electric security gate arms that are activated when you pull up to them. No key pad or code needed. Not very secure for the area. * People do like to speed through the park. I guess they know there is no one from the park to say something to them.... Even the Amazon and FedEx deliveries speed through. * One day when we arrived back home at 4pm we noticed a water line was broken and spraying water about 50' over into the grass and roadway next to our site. I immediately called two "emergency numbers" and left messages. No one returned my call or came to look at the water leak. Around 9:45pm that evening some finally came and fixed it. * The sewer connection is in the middle of the Rv pad on most sites. The rear of the Rv is over it when parked which makes it difficult for connecting and disconnecting sewer lines. * Even with the odd things mentioned we will still return back here when we visit our daughter and son-in-law. Compared to the other Encore parks in the surrounding areas this park is one of the better ones! The photos are from our site #126. I liked this site and hope to get it again in the future.

You arrive- the email confirmation gave me no site number or checkin instructions! You have to check in at the park next door( would be handy to know). Of course with our 40 ft rv & tow there was nowhere to turn around & a gate code was required to go forward. After several minutes & no luck calling Encore ( msg for up to 2 hours call back) Naomi came out & opened the gate & told us where we needed to be. She is the only positive thing I have seen so far. The park looks like an old trailer park The hookups are old. My husband actually checked the elec before he felt ok plugging in. The sewer is in the middle of parking spot. The spaces are narrow. I would not recommend this park to anyone! Sorry I booked for two nights My own fault. I normally always look at reviews. I blew it this time.

The main pool had plenty of seating, a water slide, and a little kids areas. The rooms were spacious, especially for our large family. As for the property it's cute, a bit outdated the place can probably use a facelift but overall not bad specially for the time frame we were there. 2 good size pools, both have hot tubs, there's a bar area outside but that was not open during the day seemed to be more later on.
