When we finally spoke with someone they offered us another MOTEL to stay in that was five miles from that location. We had to cancel our stay for a refund but now have to make other plans. We reported these issues multiple times, only to be met with excuses, delays, and zero accountability. Eventually, they even had the nerve to call us liars--as if we made everything up. The dishonesty and lack of respect were outrageous. The property is poorly maintained and even more poorly managed. The toilet clogged after every single use and had to be snaked outside and plunged inside repeatedly. The place claims to have 24-hour service, but no one answers the phone and no one is present in the office. They don't care about their guests--just the money. We were told we might get a $25-$30 refund, which is an insult considering the experience. This place is a health hazard and a nightmare. Save yourself the headache and stay far away. Total waste of time and money.
