Such a wonderful experience staying here! The entire facility is clean, they require mask, everyone I encountered was friendly. The room exceeded expectations as it had a microwave and fridge. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone needing a place in the Quad Cities. Oh! Not to mention, it's very close to the airport so it's beyond convenient if you're flying in.

New Holiday Inn Express! The perfect place to stay when visiting the QC. This is a very nice hotel and everything is nice and new. The staff were friendly and did a great job. I would have given this five stars if I hadn't found hair on the sheets and not one. Looked like they didn't change the sheets. The bed was firm, but not terrible. The pillows were the usual - flat and not supportive. The TV was nice and I loved the refrigerator, a great place to keep a few brews. The bathroom was a little small, but not a problem for one person. The shower was interesting in that there was no curtain or shower door. Very little water came out. The room had a good view of the trees by the river changing to fall colors. Even though it is close to a busy highway and airport I never heard a thing. My room had a cool chair and it was comfortable to watch TV I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

It's a typical Holiday Inn Express. The staff is courteous and the rooms are always clean at these places. The rooms were a little pricey on Friday night I guess a lot of stuff was going on around the area. $170 per night, that's a little steep in my opinion. IHG finally gets a clue and brings back the old style cinnamon rolls at the breakfast area. They had been using Cinnabon Rolls which were really really nasty. I used to stay at the Holiday Inn Express all the time as I travel about 120 nights a year. Once they switched the cinnamon rolls out for breakfast I quit staying there. Obviously they've gotten a clue because of all the complaints and return to the old product which is a good move for them.

Great room with every single amenities you can think of. Beautifully decorated. Close to the interstate and right next to the airport. A complete full breakfast buffet. FREE. We got a king room for only $136.00. I always stay at the Holiday Inn Express and I haven't been disappointed yet!

That's too bad because this is a very nice place and my room was comfortable and well-appointed without being ostentatious. This eight story Art Deco building was erected in 1929. It served as a home for many businesses throughout the years. At one time, it supposedly featured one of the finest indoor mini golf courses in the country. Really? That was a thing? While you can't play golf here anymore, you can get a good night's sleep. Yeah, trains slowly rumble through town but they didn't wake me up. Ear plugs are provided just in case.

The bed was comfortable, the pillows were great, and there is a pleasant - enough restaurant and bar downstairs. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again because of the bathroom and housekeeping issues. The water pressure in the shower was so poor that it was difficult to properly rinse off, which became frustrating over a three-day stay. In addition, despite asking housekeeping twice, an empty shower gel dispenser and empty lotion dispenser were never refilled. Towels were replaced, but a Q-tip remained on the bathroom floor for all three days, which raised concerns about how thoroughly the rooms are actually being cleaned. Overall: lovely staff and a comfortable bed, but basic room maintenance and shower functionality need improvement.

We basically stopped for a pit stop and to stretch our legs (and soak in the hot tub while the kiddos swimmed). Location - Great spot close to the river. There are a couple restaurants and shops close by and within walking distance and you are also very close to the Vibrant Arena and Rock Island. Rooms & Building - My family enjoys Stoney Creek for their upnorth theming and feel. The rooms are always done up nice and are usually pretty large in size. This place did not disappoint. The room came with a fridge, microwave, and a small little bar area. Lots of space to spread out and eat pizza in our room for dinner. Amenities - The pool area is always fun at Stoney Creek. This location had a indoor/outdoor connected pool and the hot tub was large and could fit plenty of people. It was exactly what we wanted in our stay. Food - There is a bar onsite but we made our own drinks and ate pizza. The breakfast buffet was good and offered a lot of cold and hot options. Vibe - Easy going and super friendly staff. No complaints. Reality vs. Online - Pictures that I saw on their website and online matched the quality and condition of the hotel and rooms in-person. No surprises. Price & Final Verdict - As stated before, if there is a Stoney Creek in the town we are staying at, we probably will stay there. For the price vs. quality & experience, you can't find much better. We would stay again!

We had guests running up and down yelling at 4:00 AM and staff did nothing about it. We were in town for a VB event, had 9 families staying and made us pay $100 to use an empty room for two hours so we could order pizza and eat as a team. There is absolutely no reason you should choose this hotel with so many other option within 10 minutes. This place is awful, don't waste your money!

A person would think they would have more available on the property itself. The idea is to keep people at the casino and playing. We go off property for lunch also. I don't know maybe a person needs to bring food along like packing for a picknick? ‍We bought two cups of black coffee at $3.50 each and the coffee was barely warm. Many of themed slots they had for years that we did like to play are gone. We have fewer for choices, that's for sure. At least they have kept some of the older slots which is a plus. We had some problems with our room. Our mattress at home is a newer firm mattress. The mattress here appeared to be a newer one and it wasn't firm....it was outright HARD. Just about like laying on a piece of plywood, well almost. My wife could only sleep on it about 3-4 hours and then slept on the couch. That wasn't much more comfortable. Maybe they got some deal on them when they replaced a number of them at once or something? If that's what happened we don't think it was a very good deal. And this is from people such as us that prefer a firm mattress so, IDK. Some problem with HVAC. If you get the temp about correct for the front room the bedroom is very cold. Confusing thermostat, no selection if it's set for heat or A/C. Just arrows up and down for temp. I've never seen a thermostat like that anywhere that I've ever stayed before, not ever. We tried to call down and get a blanket from housekeeping or the front desk but when you press the buttons on the phone for housekeeping or front desk they are "busied out". They just go to a busy signal and that's it. Bad enough if just staying for one night, but more than one night, not good. Seemed like to us that some taking are of the customer is in need.

Lighting is great, room temperature controls work quickly, and you can't hear anything in the hallway (but if you have a bunch of 2-to 6-year-olds in the room above you, you'll know). Wireless internet connectivity is very quick for being free, so no need to pay for an upgrade. I went for a morning walk around the property before dawn (staying on sidewalks) and everything was safe (mostly well lit). The gym is large, equipment new and clean, towels are provided, and water dispenser works. No one was using the pool but it's there! Finally, I ordered food from the Bistro restaurant in the lobby. It's usually a bad choice, but not here. They put a lot of effort into the drinks AND food. I got the espresso martini (doesn't need the simple syrup, IMHO) and it was the best I've had in a while (people keep adding weird things to these drinks elsewhere or it ends up being coffee milk-- iykyk). The Turkey Avocado BLT (sans bacon for me) and side arugula salad (fresh baby arugula, cucumbers and tomatoes!!) was large and a great value for 12.50. They don't joke about the Texas toast and they aren't skimping with the avocado. The salad was large enough that I got it "to go" and made it my lunch the next day. The grilled chicken sandwich was also delicious and had fresh ingredients. Honestly, I don't have criticism to provide. Best business trip hotel I've stayed in while traveling in the Midwest.
