Didn't eat the food as we were busy and it didn't seem too amazing, basic breakast food.

What happened to the Marriott brand?…read more Our first morning at 7 am I used the app to message the hotel and talked to the night auditor on my way out. None of the problems I reported were fixed. Other guests at breakfast reported similar issues. The TV in the sitting area does not turn on using either remote. The dresser drawers under the TV slide out on their own, just for me to bump into at night. The electric recepticals under the microwave and behind the coffee maker sparked when I plugged in my phone charger. The alarm clock was sent to the wrong time, getting me up an hour early. Opening the door requires one hand to get the key in just the right spot while opening the door within a tenth of second. Housekeeping never showed up!

Clean, staff is friendly, always helpful. Staff wears masks,…read morecustomers do not always have to. There is complimentary breakfast which is a bit boring and monotonous. Usually pork/turkey sausage, Canadian bacon, waffles, dried cereal, dried oatmeal, they have some sort of fruit, milk, and water. There is a pool and workout room. Pool you have to schedule a time to go which is great to limit amount of people at a time. Workout room is mostly cardio equipment. Overall, always a great stay. Rooms are a bit small, but has the essentials. Does not clean daily unless you ask for it, which is reasonable. There is soap, shampoo, etc, but no lotion. Personally that's a nice touch for other hotels. Otherwise no complaints, microwave and fridge available in each room. Will continue to stay when I come down. Happy staying!

I've never had a bad meal at The Butterfly Club, and that history is exactly why I'm hoping they…read moretighten a few things back up. The prime rib and shrimp was fantastic, no notes there. But the baked potato came out only warm and undercooked, and the French onion soup needs some attention: the onions weren't caramelized, so it lacked the rich depth that dish should have. None of this is a dealbreaker, and I'll be back. I'd just love to see them sweat the small stuff again rather than lean on nostalgia and their loyal regulars. Get those details right and this is easily a five-star spot.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable…read more When we arrived, we were told we would have to wait because we didn't have reservations. That was understandable. What wasn't acceptable was what happened next. The hostess ignored us while seating approximately 15 other guests who arrived after we did. From what I could tell, they did not have reservations. At no time did the hostess acknowledge us again, ask us to be patient, or indicate that we were next. We were very reasonable and waited in the lobby. I then asked the hostess what the issue was, to which she said we had a table of five and that was why we were waiting. I respectfully told her that if she could seat 15 people, she could pull tables together for us. I also told her that how we were treated was not okay. She responded, "What do you want me to do?" I said she could have seated us and that the way she handled the situation was not acceptable. I told her we were leaving, and she said, "That's your decision". I told her again that how we were treated was not okay, and she said, "That's your decision, not my problem." As someone with an interracial family, the way we were treated left me questioning whether bias played a role. I can't say for certain that it did, but the experience was deeply upsetting and left us feeling unwelcome. Whether this was poor customer service, discrimination, or simply indifference, no guest should be treated this way. We left feeling disrespected and will not be returning.

This hotel was near perfect and I could see why it's Michelin rated…read more I don't usually stay in boutique hotels but when looking at the nearby major chains, they didn't look appealing. The room was clean and had a rustic modern feel. When the carpet is beige, you know they have to take care of it consistently. Everything had a plush feel. The shower had a rainfall showerhead and a handheld. There's a scent that emanates throughout the hotel and into your room. It's light and adds to the ambiance. It's also in the sheets and linen too. I guess that adds to one of the negatives I list later in that the HVAC seems to be centrally controlled. There was some very minor debris in the sink that may have been left from wiping of a dirty rag, but that was mostly it. Gym was nice and parking was plentiful and free. What I didn't like: - Mini fridge in the room had a lot of snacks and other drinks that I assume were for sale. I usually pack my own food, so those items took up some space in the fridge - I get cold easily, so I try to adjust the thermostat, but it's centrally controlled, which I've never seen... I'm assuming all of the rooms are regulated in this way... - Breakfast bar- had bare minimal which I really don't mind. I really wouldn't expect a place like this to serve you breakfast unless it was full service. Would definitely come back

Also has a mini bar in the room. Only negative point is there was no refrigerator or microwave. Great restaurant located just off the lobby for a fine dining experience. Does not have full breakfast but does have grab and go muffins, fruit, coffee, etc. They also have a rooftop bar where one can sit inside or outside. Full bar with good bartenders. Menu is limited but still plenty to choose from. We had an order of mussels and a charcuterie tray. Both were very good. Our bartender was Colton and he took good care of us.
