He was able to immediately assess where the access point was, isolated the rodent, and then sealed off the access point so that nothing could return. Then came back out to follow up to make sure we had no other issues. He was just a pleasure to work with, and honestly one of the nicest service providers we have worked with. I would 100% recommend these guys, they know what they are doing. Ask for Darryl!!!!

Based on yelp reviews I called them. After confirming the type of termite (dampwood) Pete said not to do anything because they only live in that sort of soggy wood and they'd be gone in an hour. He was right! He then reassured me that they'd leave the house alone. I'd have spent a LOT of money if he'd told me I needed to get rid of them, so I'm extremely grateful for his honest advice. I know who we'll be calling if we need assistance in the future!

Over the summer, we discovered subterranean termites under our bathroom flooring and requested quotes from multiple companies. We chose Pete because we sensed a high level of integrity and trustworthiness when we speaking with him. He was very knowledgeable about termites and explained the extermination process in great detail. He recommended that for the most effectiveness, the best time of year to address our infestation was in the early spring. Pete was very responsive in getting back to us whenever we reached out. His crew was at the job site on time and completed the work on schedule. He did a great job of explaining what they were doing and making sure it was done properly. He also provided guidance on steps we could take to address some of the other pest issues we had been experiencing. We give Pete five stars! We wish all of our contractor experiences could go as smoothly as our project with Pete.

Samuel V came out today and closed up all the open spaces. He too was thorough and kept me informed and also showed me photos of the work. I highly recommend.

If I had a business, I would consider myself really lucky to have such an employee. He went under the house, found evidence of a new rodent incursion and then covered the whole property to mend the holes in mesh that covered crawlspace vents, set traps and then came to explain what was going on under my floors. He showed me pictures of both the problem areas and areas that appeared secure under my house. We then walked the house perimeter to show where the critters likely got in there during the recent snowstorm. I'm confident in the accuracy of his assessment. He'll be back in a week to check on the traps. I have needed a new vapor barrier down there so I will be getting a bid for that as well. All in all, the pricing was fair and the service exceptional. I did not want any poison used as I have dogs that I need to protect. Job well done. Thanks, Sebastian.

The service that EcoPest provides seems to be well worth the cost. I think the big thing is that if the monthly service was not adequate, or you need additional pest work done, they'll do it free of charge (if you are paying for the monthly service). If you are experiencing serious pest issues more than once a year, I'd probably think about paying for the monthly service. Pests like rats and carpenter ants can ruin your home, chewing through wood and wires which can cause irreplaceable damage.
