Figured I'd give this place a try. Bought an apple fritter and a breakfast sandwich. Fritter tasted stale, definitely not fresh. Could be that I went in the afternoon but still no excuse for the staleness. Breakfast sandwich was ehh. The egg looks like it's microwaved. Reminded me of a sandwich from Dunkin Donuts. For the cheap price I shouldn't have expected more. I'll try a donut next time and hopefully my review can be updated. But so far, very disappointed. read more

Fat man in a little coat. I am feeling these doughnuts. Like for real young playa. Wish the manager, possible owner, was a little nicer to their staff, but G.D. them doughnuts are so good I'm still giving it 5-stars. I think these guys have the best doughnuts in the greater Tampa Bay area and ya'll know my opinion is da Bible. So join me in saluting sweet delights and go for a doughnut. This is a family operation and I much rather support them than a huge chain that doesn't take pride in their product. We have been going here since they opened this location and we have always had great food and a good experience. It's a gem that's kind of tucked away because of the construction , but it is worth the visit and we have definitely become regulars now. Not good for my hips, but delish to my lips! read more

This is by far the best donuts in the greater Brandon area. The guava filled donut is amazing. It's just a great place for a breakfast sandwich, donut and a cup of coffee. If I could give 4.5 stars I would because the people working in the shop aren't rude but they don't seem overly excited to be there. But then I would love love love to work in a busy donut shop so maybe I am a bit strange in that regard. read more

I had the sausage, egg and cheese which was so good! My husband had the bacon egg and cheese which he complained that there wasn't enough bacon but said he'd still eat again. Of course we got donuts the fillings were so tasty! I can't wait to go back! By the way customer service was awesome! read more

Really great and made fresh from scratch donuts. This is locally owned and operated so they are very grateful for your support. Is fun to stop where the staff greets you and welcomes your input. I love Hole in One Donuts!! They have fresh new donuts every morning!!! Their sausage egg and cheese sandwich is AMAZING!! I've never had a problem with this amazing Donut shop. Everyone is friendly and always working on something. Everyone there does a great job and is extremely nice! If you are looking for some great donuts check this place out! Overall the fresh donuts and great customer service plays an important role and it's all there! 10/10 would recommend. All the other positive reviews are spot on. Donuts are delish. Only problem is that they sometimes have trouble keeping up with demand, but if what you want is not in the display case, they will be happy to check in the back to see what has just finished baking. I love good donuts and I've found them here. Finally, Brandon/Valrico has a legit donut place that isn't gross Dunkin Doughnuts - ICK. Anyway back on track, Hole in one is delicious. Amazing!!! The sour cream donut is so nice and soft. The glazed croissant is really good as well! Not too sweet, but just the perfect amount of glaze. The pig in a blanket comes in jalapeno and cheese, I got the jalapeno and it was really good! Lastly we got the sausage,egg & cheese croissant sandwich, and it was a really good size and tasted amazing! Can't wait to come back! Totally recommend! read more

Major disappointment. Plain cake donuts fried way too long, dry and crumbly, no taste. Original glazed ok. Honestly, any area grocery store bakery has as good if not better donuts. Selection is about same as Publix. Not a lot to choose from. Dining area awful. Tables are so close together, uncomfortable and awkward. Only good thing is the free coffee refills when dining in. Dining area has large flat screen tv with audio blasting. While I was eating, staff and one customer did play by play of the game show that was on. Not good, especially if you didn't go there to watch tv. My advice - ditch the tv, separate the tables more, add more selection and most of all, make better donuts. Went here on National Donut Day and they still had a decent selection at the time we went (around 12pm). I got a chocolate twist donut while my husband got a frosted sprinkle donut. We were given the option of a free glazed donut or a free glazed croissant in honor of national donut day. We chose the croissant and it was amazing! All the donuts were nice and soft. Almost had that melt in your mouth feel. We will definitely be trying some of their other menu items soon! read more

The prices were reasonable. The donuts is between Duncan and Kristy but bigger in taste and bigger than both. I love their breakfast sandwich. Great size and very reasonable. The selection was slim at 9am though so you need to come early. read more

As most of you know, who have read my reviews, you know that I take care and pride in writing an honest review. Also, some of you know that my birthday falls on international Donut Day and I am in search for the worlds best donut. There recently was a list published of the top donut spots in all 50 states and I am fortunate that I have been to 30 of them. From Mojo donuts in Pembroke Pines , FL to Buckeye Donuts in Columbus, Ohio, I have had a lot of great donuts. For me, the visit I had today to Hole in One Donuts in Brandon, FL was a game changer. For real! #1 is still Tato-Nuts in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, the Katrina pieces are exceptional, but today has made me want to put Mojo Donuts and Dough on notice! The staff was very friendly and patient. I ordered a variety of donuts, an apple fritter and the one that has made me rethink this list (not sure if it counts as a donut) the glazed croissant. I have had them before and they were good but the freshness and care taken when these were prepared puts it over the top. I also tried the Red Velvet with icing (opportunity: make a cream cheese frosting not just a royal, cream cheese frosting would have made it unstoppable), the eclair (giant Boston cream) was really great and the glazed twist was so soft and the glaze stayed on the donut! Overall, 5 stars, really great! If you get a chance, stop by and get a dozen or two. You won't be disappointed! read more

These donuts are fresh and so tasty. I always go for the classic chocolate iced, and they were perfect. We've also tried the maple donut the toasted coconut with vanilla and apple fritters. Everything was delicious and this is our new go-to donut shop. read more

Love their donut holes! Only $1.20 a dozen. Wide selection and the staff is very helpful. Definitely recommend.
