Simply put, Joe's Limousine has always provided us with top-notch reliable service, very professional and very friendly drivers, and readily available well maintained vehicles. My latest experience was no different. We were dealing with an east coast storm which caused us to make VERY last minute changes on both of our inbound and outbound trips. Joe's Limousine was very accommodating of our last minute changes and had a great vehicle available. I have had not so easy situations dealing with other transportation services/limo companies in the past which had additional last minute re-booking fees, no vehicles available last minute, bad unreachable customer service. But Joe's Limo pulled through for us with no hassle. Thank you! Like I said, better late than never to write a review but I highly recommend Joe's Limousine service.

Then when you need a break from your spine bending for 30 minutes trying to jam into the seats, you get to get off at the story telling bonfires that are so small you won't feel no heat and oh yeah there's only four benches around the fire pits so I hope you like to stand! My Dad was scheduled for a pretty significant medical procedure and had no method of transportation to get him to and from the hospital. I live on the other side of the US, so I couldn't provide much help, other than to coordinate service. My Mom found SJL and, though we had no previous familiarity with them, decided to go with them for our needs. Ashley, who coordinated our SJL reservation was so helpful. She was easy to talk to, and was accommodating to our requests, which fluctuated because of the hospital's scheduling process. We initially coordinated a 9 am pickup and later - the night prior to the reservation - had to reschedule to a pickup around 4 am, and SJL had no problem adjusting. The entire service was perfect. Ashley took great notes of everything that I explained to her about our situation, and the notification emails provided by the service reflected all the details that I had shared with Ashley - confirming that communication was flowing from me to Ashley and, ultimately, to the driver. The SJL web portal worked well. The driver, John, was on time and my Dad appreciated John's friendliness and good company. I can't thank SJL enough and hope that my strongest recommendation here expresses some of my gratitude. My Dad's hospital procedure wasn't comfortable for him, my Mom, or me.
