About 20 minutes out I received a courtesy call from one of them telling me they were about 20 minutes out. They arrived right at the appointment time originally set. They were happy, eager to work, answered questions, offered suggestions, let us watch them work and see the issues they saw in their 'scope' they put in one of the vents. They picked up after themselves, either took their shoes off in the house or covered them with dust covers - very professional and pleasant to talk to. They offer several services, one of one is a heavy plastic/rubber sheeting in the crawl space that seals the space completely - after our experience today we will for sure use them for this service. They sanded wood, treated the mold, covered the floors and up the walls and columns. Sealed everything tight and installed a dehumidifier. The humidity is now down around 40 and clean smelling. I would use them again. We did call back for one small area and they fixed it immediately with no problems.

After 2 days of working with a plumber who didn't want to tear up the wall or floor since he couldn't tell where the water was coming from, and then trying to find someone who would tear out the floor and look for the leak, a friend steered me to this company. The owner was on vacation out of the state but called me back and then contacted his team who came and found the leak right away. They were hard working and professional yet very friendly and sympathetic to our problem. They were careful with our things and our home. I can't say enough good about them! They patched the wall up as good as new and replaced the trim that was removed and did not damage the trim or baseboard. I wish I could say the same for the people who took out the rest of the floor and replaced it. I am sorry I didn't let Major Damage do the whole project but my insurance company had a preferred company. In hind sight, I would have used Major Damage for the total job. That would be my recommendation to others. I think it would have been finished a lot sooner too.
