Owners tried to charge us $500 for a Jeep that sat there for 5 days because "his techs weren't trained to work on it"? So he told them not to work on it and then tried to charge us for a bogus invoice(4 hrs) which I was not paying. Um, it's a 1973 Jeep, you are a Jeep dealer? Had a mobile mechanic complete the work needed in a little over an hour. Suddenly, owner can't keep personal and professional business separate. Can't make an appt for simple services, or they are "too busy" to perform a 5 minute check engine light scan, that they charge $42.00 for by the way. Fortunately I work where there are many other choices. Take your business to GemTech if you are local. Will never give them another penny. Vindictive, poor service, poor business practice and ethics. I'm sure it will be put on display if there is a response to this review, but I doubt he could muster the professional etiquette to respond to a customer that is not friends or family. Will probably have his daughter, the office manager respond who could be a bit more PC. Word of mouth in a small town is powerful.

Wish I could give zero stars. Waste of time and money. After charging me $115 for a simple…read morediagnosis of a failed A/C compressor, they proceeded to tell me that in order for the warranty to be valid on a new compressor, they would also have to replace the condenser and a bunch of other parts which were not broken, all for a total of over $1900. I never heard of such a requirement for a "warranty". I asked them for other choices, such as replacing the compressor only and forget the warranty, or install a second-hand compressor. I also asked if the $115 diagnostic charge would be applied as a credit on the final bill. I don't think that was well received. The attendant said she would have to ask the mechanic and get back to me. She never called me back. I guess they figured I was not going to be a pushover customer, so they decided to run with my $115. Meanwhile I got a dealer quote to replace the compressor with an EOM part and warranty for $1300. A mechanic friend of mine advised that I go with the dealer, since private shops often use overpriced after market parts anyway. I never found an auto repair shop that charges more than a dealer, but this is it. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS.
