Hunter said I may not be happy with it per his expertise, but still got me fitted and finished the purchase. I did go home and try it out and was definitely not impressed. Not to say the helmet was bad, but for what I needed, it did not do the trick. I contacted Lindsay at the store and asked if I could exchange and upgrade. She told me sure! And made the process super simple. When I came in the store, both hunter and Lindsay jumped right on the task. One was getting my Cardo installed. The other was putting on the pin locks and talking me through maintenance. It feels like I was in and out within minutes; when I thought the whole process would be an hour.
