Our only regret was not taking photos of our food to share with you all. We ordered: potato skins, Brussels sprouts, baked potato, petite sirloin, and their daily special - chuck eye steak. Everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) was perfection. Even the cocktails were good and strong and perfectly crafted with fresh ingredients. It was a cattle ranchers' dream meal. Our serve even asked us to cut into our steaks to ensure that they were cooked to our liking. The interior is completely done up as an ol' west town with eating room designated as train cars, saloons, and even a jail!! When we come back to Stephenville, we absolutely will be bringing family and friends here.
