A friend of mine sent flowers from this place and they arrived looking old and wilted. I was on a call in another room when they arrived so picked them up about 4-5 minutes after they were delivered. I explained to her that that was including the time it took me to bring them in take a picture, look at the card, etc, but it didn't matter - she was just absolutely convinced that the imaginary nine minutes in the sun caused all the problems. Ridiculous. (Even if they had been sitting nine minutes, which they were not, the porch is covered.) Anyway, she offered to bring a new delivery (not in a very nice way) and I accepted because I knew I needed to send a picture to my friend. If I had ordered them myself, I wouldn't have even bothered. The new delivery was slightly fresher, but it is now two days later and they are looking sad and tired, and I will probably need to toss them in the next day or two. (I already tossed a few stems tonight). I have AC on the entire time in my house. It is not the weather; it is just the quality of the product. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I certainly won't be ordering flowers from them.
