Very disappointed in this business. We ordered the bouquet on the left (from their website) for our sister who just lost her husband this week. The flowers on the right is what was delivered. When we called the flower shop the woman who answered told us they gave us an upgrade and larger flowers. This hardly looks like the picture nor did the company let us know they were changing the vase and the flowers. They offered to pick up the other flowers then redeliver a new arrangement. Who takes back flowers from a widow? Needless to say, the new arrangement sent was even smaller and even more disappointing than the first one. I would never recommend this company. This arrangement was $100 and not worth the cost at all. read more

The customer service at this place is outstanding and the flowers that I ordered were beautiful and the price was reasonable. Ask for the rose pedals that were offered to me as a special, I used them for a spa night at home. I am not positive, but I think this business might be under new ownership, maybe that is why I had a better experience then others. I will defiantly order there again. read more

This place is a joke. I ordered flowers for my mom for Valentine's Day through FTD and they chose this place to fulfill the order. Although I ordered the flowers 5 days in advance, they came to her house after dark and after she had gone to bed. Instead of leaving the flowers by the front door, they left a phone message to call in order to reschedule, but the delivery person failed to leave a call back number. The next day (Saturday) they called to apologize and offered to deliver a better bouquet. My mom said it is past the holiday and would think about it. They said ok and call us if you want the flowers. An hour later she decides she wanted the flowers and calls the number they gave her. She got a message that the store is not open on Saturday and to leave a message. The whole thing makes no sense. So if she were to get flowers it would be on the 17th and not the 14th. No thanks. I don't think that this place gets the importance of delivering on a specific date for a holiday. If a timely delivery is important to you, I advise you to look elsewhere. read more

My husband, deployed to Afghanistan, contacted our local florist in AR to have flowers delivered to me & our 3 daughters on Valentines Day. (The order was placed 2 weeks early). Hoffman Florist was the wired to florist for one of the deliveries. My daughter did not receive her flowers on Valentines Day- we tried to contact Hoffmans on Friday with no answer. Saturday they attempted the 2 day LATE delivery to her office which was closed. They told her they would redeliver on Monday which they did NOT. STILL no deliver on Tuesday. My daughter had called & let 2 unreturned messages with them. I called today. After 45 mins, on hold multiple times AND disconnected 3 times, I FINALLY got a manager on the phone who said "what do you want me to do?" OMG- Are you kidding me??? I have never dealt with such poor customer service EVER. She did offer to deliver tomorrow- I said No Thanks.....7 days LATE with NO apology is unacceptable to me. Just know that I waited almost a week before posting this negative review to give them the benefit of doubt that they could rectify the poor service & explain what happened. In the end, the manager was rude & unapologetic. My florist will NEVER wire to them again. read more

Ordered Valentines flowers on Monday 2/11 to be delivered about 1/4 mile down the road on 2/14. Talked to a person on the phone who took all information down. Requested that the flowers be delivered by 11:00 A:M that day. Was told that Hoffmans could not confirm a 11:00 A:M delivery but would try to deliver around this time. As of 8:10 P:M on 2/14 the order had not be delivered. Called Hoffmans at 7:00 P:M to enquire about missed delivery and was told by the person who asnswered the phone that they had over 800 orders that day, she would look into why the order was not delivered and retuen the call. As of 8:15 P:M, I have not received a return call. Called the number for Hoffmans and got a maill box is full message.
