I understand they do free quotes but my husband had to take part of a day off for the roofer to come to the house so now he has to take time off to have a different company do an estimate. Their communication is beyond bad--it's practically nonexistent. I had to chase them down just to hear the same empty line repeated like a broken record. It felt less like dealing with a business and more like dealing with someone who thinks "customer service" means pretending to care for 10 seconds and then vanishing into thin air.
