The tech was very friendly. She explained all the tests before she conducted each one. I did think it was odd she had me take a colorblind test, since I'm adult, currently wear glasses, and have obviously been to an optometrist before. Although, perhaps it's a new patient policy since this was the first time I have been to their office. I knew I wasn't colorblind, and no surprise, the test indicated the same thing. Dr. DeWit is very nice. She seems knowledgeable and efficient. My frustrations started with trying to find glasses. The frames available for purchase span a couple walls of the office. I was looking for something trendy and there was a lot of mediocre. Perhaps if you don't care a whole lot about what your glasses look like, you'll be fine getting frames here. I will note, the last place I got glasses was super trendy in San Diego, California, so I recognize my standards might be high. I did find a couple pairs that were good enough. Nothing that sparked joy, but would work. My glasses arrived a week a part, however I wasn't able to pick up my glasses until after the second pair arrived. I ended up in a frustrating game of phone tag trying to schedule a time to come in and get fitted and pick up my glasses. I left two messages and called three times when my calls weren't answered. I finally was able to schedule a time to come in and was told that they would make it work and fit me in. That was not the case. I arrived at my scheduled time. Waited 25 minutes to spend 4 minutes getting my glasses fitted. So, my advice would be to get your eyes checked here, but take your prescription and get glasses elsewhere. I really could have used at least one pair of my glasses last week. The phone tag coupled with the long wait was pretty unacceptable.

Now I have a collection notice.....never received a bill....and have an EOB that shows patient responsibility $0.
