I did everything by the book, cancelled my membership when I was supposed to, but was hit with a 85 Euro fee 1 year after I had cancelled my membership, for a "service fee" for the year, which was not communicated to me as I had moved address after I quit my membership. I called to explain the situation, and how I received no letters or any form of communication to pay this fee, but I was still happy to pay the original fee of 29,90. But their customer service was absolutely terrible, and are forcing me to pay 85 euros simply for the fact that I changed my address AFTER I had quit my contract and not told them. The contract included my mobile phone number, which hasn't changed for about 10 years, and they did not feel that it was necessary at any point to contact me via phone or any other form of contact. Nor did they mention any extra fees or charges when I went to cancel my contract. They left me thinking that I had paid off everything I needed to, until they played a very sneaky, unfair move to draw even more money from me. I had quit my contract and had no intention of returning to the gym, paid off all the debts they had told me about initially and so left NOTHING outstanding when I left. Only to be hit with a 85 euro charge more than 1 year after I quit the gym. This is absolutely terrible terrible communication and service from this gym and I highly recommend you pick another gym to start your membership with.

Very friendly staff trying to create a nice atmosphere and succeeding at it. Unlike most of its competitors Superfit has these courses which you can attend w/o paying extra. Yeah, you heard right, you pay 18,50€ per moth and you get to attend all courses w/o restriction. Quite fancy, right? When it comes to hardware you'll find a great deal of cardio equipment, an extra section for women (the women's circuit), an ok variety of workout gear and hardware that should suit beginners as well as professionals. But speaking of professional, there could, at least for my taste, by a better selection of hardware for more extensive workouts. The only real bummer is, that you are looking vainly for an area where you can practice your squates and lunges as well as a more free to use space. But overall the mood is nice, the staff helpful, a great mix of people in various stages of training and the included courses range from yoga to the full body intensive workout. See you in the gym!

But the front desk people refused to let me to gym and wanted to see the original receipt of my initial payment. After trying to reason with them for 10 minutes I still couldn't get anywhere. They refused let me talk to a manager, and insisted that I go and get back the receipt. At one point I asked them if they are believing that I might be faking my membership and might be lying. Instead of apologizing and trying to be nicer, they implied that this indeed might be the case. After a 15 minute walk I got back to my place and came back with the receipt. They didn't even apologize. I needed to literally tell them that they need to apologize and just after that I got back a dry: "Hey I am not an asshole. I am just following orders". And the worse part is this is not about the employees but the business culture. Some how they forgot who is paying their salaries and cared about servicing their own customers...

Für kranke Menschen ist ein solcher Umgang eine zusätzliche Belastung, die absolut vermeidbar wäre. Ich komme selbst aus der Gesundheitsbranche und schreibe selten Bewertungen. In diesem Fall halte ich es jedoch für wichtig, öffentlich auf diese Missstände und die fehlende Menschlichkeit hinzuweisen. Auch im Kiez und unter den anderen Bewertungen hört man immer wieder, dass dieses Studio vor allem im Servicebereich nicht zu empfehlen ist. Absolut keine Empfehlung.

Group classes are 7 attendees max, but I go in the mornings which usually means only 1-3 people, so you really get a lot of attention and tailored exercises. Or you'll get a chance to try out reformer or chair, which is usually reserved for duo and solo training. The studio is small but very clean and nice. Prices for a class are Berlin average or even a bit lower, and they have a convenient online booking system, no monthly contracts or anything. Some classes are dedicated English language classes, but all teachers I met speak fluent English and just switch if someone shows up who doesn't speak German. The emphasis on precision and attention to detail is what makes this place stand out compared to all other studios I've tried. They are also careful to accommodate any injuries and your level of experience and adjust the exercises. If you're serious about your practice and don't want to waste time on your mat, this place is for you!
