He used a pole pruner for a lot of the work and then used a bucket truck to prune near the top of the tree. He took his time and the tree looks really beautiful. Being a Certified Arborist which is very important, he put my mind at ease that the job would be done professionally. Clean up was not only beautiful on our property but he also made sure to get all the cuttings from the inside of the tree. Tree Lion's price was very reasonable and Sven was great to work with. Bob came to our house the next morning with Andy and a giant truck to cut and pruned the 3 trees we had agreed too do. They came and started the work right away. Andy was doing the climbing and cutting and Bob was collecting and clearing the limbs and branches. After the job was done they raked up all the leaves on the ground and put in their truck. I waited, no show. I called again at 7:13pm to follow up. He said im on another call I'll call you in 2 mins. I again waited till 8:10. Now im getting vm. So I left a message telling him I am now going to approach the neighbors if they dont come out in the morning and clean up their trash they blew and threw into my yard. And I will blast them on social media and review sites. No show. So I talked to both neighbors who are going to call and complain as well about them doing this to me.
