First off, they have an insane amount of actual kits themselves, with a HUGE selection of kill teams and many of the newer battleforce boxes. More importantly though, they stock the traditional Citadel and Army Painter, but to my surprise, They also carry multiple waves of Dunchan Rhodes Two thin coats, and Vallejo Model, express, and game color. These brands are pretty difficult to find here in Nashvillle or the surrounding area, so seeing them here is a welcome surprise to someone like me who is big into the painting hobby and Two thin coats is my personal favorite paint brand, SO I felt I needed to write up a review to let people know for future reference.

This place didn't make us feel weird or awkward. They're very kind and are happy to help you with questions about the game or cards you're looking for. I was highly impressed with the variety of boosters they had, and their case had some incredible singles (sadly I'll never afford most). The only thing I missed is being able to comb through singles myself. Here they have them in the back and you need to know ahead of time what you're looking for. I believe they were playing YuGiOh but I'm not familiar with the game so I can't be certain. There were probably 40 people in there all playing, a very cool sight to walk into! I stopped in to buy Pokemon cards for my nephew and me to open together. They don't carry very much sealed Pokemon products and most of what they have is listed at market price. I don't know if they regularly get items at msrp. This shop has a pretty large and diverse selection of single cards as well and I ended up picking up some from the display case as well as a few from the $1 box. I had great service from Brian on this visit. I will definitely be back, especially if I'm looking for singles.

Consider me spoiled for visiting the Louisville locations of Michaels, but when you only have one person at the register and a long line of people trying to check out, you can do better. Additionally, I know this is a minute point, but I have never encountered such difficulty trying to use a coupon. Know before you go- they only like the coupons from Michaels.com. So don't try to use Retail Me Not or some other source, they won't let you use it. This is the only store I have ever been to that has given me that response. Well, you know what, after waiting in the long line to check out, I'm not prolonging this process any further.
