When I went through the checkout, I asked the cashier how much it was figuring she would punch in the code on the ticket and then tell me it was $16.99 Instead she told me "$32.99," I said "did you ring it in ?" and she said, " no it says $32.99". I then said "well online it said it was $16.99". I was almost sure it was but I didn't think of taking my phone out and showing her the app. She said to me," I have worked here a long time and I know my job and those are never on sale". I said very calmly "I didn't ask you how long you've worked here and I didn't say you weren't doing your job correct? All I did was ask you to ring it in to see how much it was" and she said "it's $32 ,99." So I left got in my car looked at the app and it said it was $16.99 which is what I thought. I went in and asked for the manager and the person who came upfront that said they were a manager told me that there was no way the girl could've done anything else but look at the ticket because unfortunately hobby lobby app marks things down but doesn't tell the stores? And here's what I don't get she said the girl couldn't ring it in?? So does that mean they don't keep track of their stock? That makes no sense to me whatsoever. I gave the store 1 stars because I do like hobby lobby. I do like the worship music that plays over the loudspeakers . However, I think they should really get this together somehow /could you imagine if I didn't know that I would've paid $32.99 for something that only cost $16.99. Again I raise the question if they just ring in what the ticket says and don't tell anybody what was bought how do they keep track of their stock??? I would love someone to answer that!!!

Deals every week - they are consistently offering categories with 50% and they rotate each week, then there are other categories at 30-40% off. They also offer a weekly coupon which designates a category or item at 40% off! Sign up for the weekly ad and coupon info on their website! More than just fabric and ribbon - Hobby Lobby has an extensive variety of home decor, photo frames, memo boards, baskets, cake decorating supplies, party supplies, seasonal items the list goes on and on. Art supplies - as an Amateur artist, I don't want to break the bank spending money on paint, brushes, and canvas with their deals I can get the supplies I need at a discount and they have a very wide variety. Custom framing - they offer custom framing and if you catch it on the right week, it is 50%! If you enjoy any home crafting or decorating this is the place to go. If you just want a unique frame or piece of furniture this is the place to go, and if you want to enjoy some time browsing unique craft ideas this is the place to go! They are closed on Sundays so their employees can worship, that is wonderful too and each ad runs Monday - Saturday.

It's so disappointing to write this review. Today was the second time a team member had an awful…read moretone and attitude at check out at this location. The first terrible experience was in October with Kaitlyn from florals who was called to help with the registers since a line was forming. When I went up to her register her expression was annoyed and she was mumbling unkind things under her breath as if I couldn't hear her. It was loud enough that I could. I told her I'd wait for the other cashier. She proceeded to slam baskets and take out her unwarranted aggression out on items at the register before stomping away clearly very angry. I told the assistant manager Makenzie about this hoping to not have to leave a review like this. Now today, another team member named Gypsy (who up until this point was fairly nice) had a terrible attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day. I asked her to wrap up an item I was purchasing and she huffed and did so with a negative attitude as if this ask was a bother. It was an item that could be easily scratched. Toward the end of my purchase I asked where I could place the empty basket in an effort to help her and she condescendingly rolled her eyes and said "where you got it". Her tone and the way she said was unfriendly and had so much attitude. It was unprofessional to say the least. It's a shame that I have to leave this review and that this contempt and negative attitude towards customers is seeming to be a common occurrence. I'm not sure what's happening at this location to make employees so angry at customers just looking to make their purchases and be on their way. At this time I cannot recommend this store as having quality and friendly customer service.
