We methodically worked our way from the front door around the store, through the sale area and toward the dressing rooms, our arms full of clothing we were excited to try on. We were abruptly stopped by a young blonde worker who informed us the dressing rooms were locked and she couldn't open them because it was ten minutes before closing time. Seriously? There was someone still trying clothes in a dressing room, three ladies coming in the front door and not even quite ten minutes til the top of the hour. Plus, you literally watched me gathering clothes and working my way to the dressing room. Why didn't you tell me sooner?? The worker said 'well I can hold them for you until tomorrow'. First, I live 100 miles away; and second, I can try them on faster than you can fill out the hold paperwork. I don't believe I've ever had such a negative customer service experience especially when the store itself was so amazing :(

Peeling back the price sticker reveals a sticker for $20 less than they had it marked up to - which would have been a fair price, still $10 more than Amazon. Also lists things in stock they don't have. When I purchased a battery to go with a helicopter, I asked them to open the box and make sure they gave me the correct batteries as I was new to the format and wasn't sure what I needed. They assured me "this one will work". It didn't even have the same connector type or discharge rate. On a second purchase they didn't have any of the batteries I needed. Mostly it's the huge price differences that got me. $30 more than Amazon for a $170 heli is insane, especially when it's marked up from Horizon Hobby's website. Everyone who works there is friendly so they get two stars.
