I haven't been here in a couple years and it is quite refreshing. It used to be really basic farm house stuff, now I feel there are some brand new trends and everything you need for party hosting! Out of several Hobby Lobby stores in the area, this one is the cleanest store. I usually will visit a Hobby Lobby for framing pictures or items. There are plenty of frame styles if you don't want to customize the picture or item you want to display. Most employees are friendly at the store. The only issue was once I approached the check out, there was only one cashier while 5 other people arrived to purchase their selected items. They needed another cashier until they were able to clear the wait. read more

I was in this store today (410) with my sister. The person checking us out was funny, helpful, and all around AMAZING! Looking at my receipt I can only identify her as Romelia M "T-4986" it's so hard to find great customer service anymore and she went above and beyond. I really hope management sees this! This Hobby Lobby is was on the way home from where I take my kiddo to horseback riding camp and I was looking for something to help her make a necklace, so I stopped in. At first when you drive in, you won't have a problem looking for parking! There are so many parking spaces in their private lot. They are the only establishment there! This Hobby Lobby is so big and they sell pretty much everything you need for any kind of project you would want to do. Almost like a Michaels, but they also sell fabric here too. The only complaint I have about this particular Hobby Lobby is that the only friendly and helpful person was the girl at the cash register. Throughout the whole store, I came across multiple employees, but none asked if I needed help. When I really couldn't find what I needed, I found someone and asked her. Sad to say, but if someone would have helped me in the beginning, I would probably give them four starts. One last thing about Hobby Lobby: They don't have cash registers like any other store out there I think. The girl had to type in each item and the items on sale, she would look at the ad and give you the discount. I wonder how she remembers if something is on sale or not? Hmmm. read more

I love Hobby lobby! They have the best options for home decor in the city... Almost every room in our house has something from Hobby lobby. They constantly have great sales... And you can always get 30%-40% off one non-sale item if you show them the code from their hobbylobby.com homepage... I just pull it up on my phone and show the cashier. Love this place! read more

I adore this place. They always have great sales usually 40-90% off and if you download the Hobby Lobby app you can get 40% off one regular priced item. Since I have been shopping at HL I have acquired a lot of house decor and hobbies. Hence the name! I now do beading/jewelry, crochet, sewing, and painting. There is always something fun to look at. I could get lost in this store for hours and I actually have! read more

Positive: 1. The store has everything I could possibly want 2. Fairly easy layout 3. Close to home 4. Sweet cashiers 5. I respect their religious beliefs and backbone to stand by them. (Not open on Sundays, closed at 8pm, Christian music,etc.) Cons: 1. Employees on the floor NEVER ask if I need help finding something. They almost look uncomfortable that you may approach them. 2. Management appears to be equally miserable and un-approachable, proving that S**t tends to trickle downwards from the top. 3. When they closing for the day, the anouncements saying so are short and abrupt. 4. Overall feeling of being un-welcomed. I guess my love of crafting is greater than my feeling under appreciated as a customer. read more

Tried to return an item I received as a gift (I didn't have receipt), so store credit would have been fine. They said they didn't carry the item. I went back to that dept. and they clearly DID carry it. Rude cashier as I tried to return item, same with nerdy craft dept. mngr. and store mngr. Do not shop this location. Or better yet, shop Michaels. Hob Lob and its employees need to learn customer service if they want to retain or keep customers. I will not be returning to this location again when there's their competitor down the street... Michaels. read more

What a great store! I hadn't been to Hobby Lobby in YEARS! I really enjoyed the ease of finding the discounted holiday merchandise! They also had a TON of specials going on in other areas of the store. I tried to walk up and down every aisle but that became quite time consuming and was also getting expensive. They have a pretty comparable selection of craft goods to the other competitors but the difference maker for this store is their home decor items. They have so many themes available to help decorate and add those finishing touches to any room! I can't wait to come back when I have more rooms to shop for and not just wedding accessories! read more

I love this store and go there a LOT (too much if you ask my husband) :) the store is clean and well stocked and organized. One week they run 1/2 of the store on sale and the next week it's the other half. So one week it'll be decor, paper, crafts and the next fabric, floral and wedding. It's nice to be able to predict their sales. They also accept their 40% off coupon if you show it on your smart phone. Like the previous poster said, the parking lot is big so that's never an issue. They sometimes have slow check out if it's really busy but they're friendly and helpful. read more

Over priced junk! The hobby must collecting or hoarding as there sure aren't many hobby items there that are worth the price of made in China Junk! There are a lot of American made craft products, so why don't they stock them? Because they are slightly more expensive! Leather craft products are cheap junk! read more

If you call Hobby Lobby and you ask them to hold an item for you don't bother with this store! I asked if they had a clearance item I was looking for and she said yes I asked if the employee could hold the item until I got there. She said no because it's a clearance item and didn't care I lived 30 minutes away. I then asked to speak to the store manger she said she was the store manager. When I hung up the phone I drove to this store and they didn't have anymore. I also found out she lied and claimed she was the store manager when she clearly wasn't. Store manager didn't really care and was not friendly. Wasted my time and gas to drive to this store! Management in general is horrible at this store!!! read more

Hobby Lobby is always a favorite shopping place of mine and this location takes the cake! The staff is friendly and helpful and always offer suggestions for projects or items new in store. In love the great deals and the organization! Keep up the great work! read more

I stood in line on 2 different occasions today-which is not the problem with this store. BUT, it gave me a chance to really watch some unprofessional behavior by a woman who was in charge of monitoring registers and sending people on breaks. I watched her belittle employees to customers, speak in a very aggressive tone to patrons, and complain CONSTANTLY about the employees, stock room workers, and system for getting large items to the front. It makes me want to drive 6 miles to go to the next nearest Hobby Lobby. read more
