A decent Hobby Lobby situated in a nice shopping center. Lots of parking, but this can be a very busy intersection at some times during the year. I went in specifically for fabric. Selection was moderately decent and the sales clerk was moderately knowledgeable about fabrics and their usage (at least for my needs). While I did find something that worked for the small project I needed to complete, I can see where this Hobby Lobby's offerings wouldn't always work for me. Despite the fact that there were very few people in the store, check out was incredibly slow. Cashiers were friendly, but perhaps a bit too friendly? Chit-chats with the customers about personal events and goings-on after their transaction is complete stalls the line and makes those of us waiting just a little aggravated. read more

I was recently shopping at the naples location. I thought I may have lost my wallet in the store. I called and was transferred to the manager. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. He was so polite and so helpful. He pulled up the video of me at the register and was able to see that I had taken my wallet with me. Sales and clearance galore!!! Loved all their marked down items!! They have the cutest stuff in this store and their prices are reasonable. The check out staff wasn't the most personable or talkative person I've ever met. She didn't smile at all. The store was clean and easy to navigate. I only gave this place a 4 star because I love The decor, crafting items, and more. But the staff alone that I've encountered with are rude, rude, rude. I honestly won't approach anyone to ask a question because I always get some type of attitude as if I'm bothering them or the will just point where the item could possibly be. I've been in customer service for many years and I know that you should walk the customer to the item, not point. But overall the items in the store are great and the store is clean. read more

EVERYTHING IS 60% OFF!!! All the time! EVERY DAY! ON SALE!!! SAAALE! So wait...does that mean they just OVERPRICE everything and then rotate the "sale" around?! Michael's art store (and now Jo Ann) plays the same game. Go check it out...its fascinating. But as consumers we eat it up then ask for more. *sigh* Very nice stuff to look at for the youngest artist to the very oldest. Talking about the positive in the north Naples store; Its big and has lots of stuff with adequate parking and prices are somewhat reasonable on items I've purchased. The help speak English. The bad; The English speaking help, from the managers to the cashiers do not know their products or where they're located in the store. They say 'its in the crafts section'. Well duh come and show me! Nope, don't expect any help pointing an item out on the shelves. You have to roam up and down until you happen to stumble across it. The religion of the store; Don't expect to find any religious stuff for any other religion other than the Christian one. For some unknown reason to me, the store prides itself by promoting one while ignoring all others. The saying comes to mind "A sure mind is a closed mind" I try to avoid going there and there is nothing for kids as far as true hobby stuff is concerned. I have been to this place 4 times and every time I've had the same opinion. This place is EXTREMELY over-priced. The mark up on their baskets alone is 600% - I might be able to get over the crazy prices if I could ever get some customer service but, that seems nonexistent. I respect their right to close on Sunday but, it is a retail store so, I personally don't like that. All in all I will never go back here. I saw the same baskets at Michael's at a fraction of the price so I don't need to give the people my money. They claim to be super Christian but the employees are rude, the store is grossly overpriced and the 4 times I have been there I left angry and empty handed.... High end prices for CRAP! read more

Love this store, always having sales! Closed on Sundays and before checking out google the 40% off coupon for non sale, food items! I usually always have nice cashiers, but tonight Georgia wasn't very pleasant. I am not a "crafty" person but for specific needs, this Hobby Lobby is great. It is clean and well organized - SO much better than the local JoAnn's or Michaels, both of which are just a mess. She made me feel extremely stupid when there was an error when sliding my card, and called me "Mam" in the most condescending tone repetitively. Came here earlier today looking for faux flowers and wow do they have a huge selection, all 50% off too!! While walking through their store, I could tell it was neatly put together and not messy, like some other craft stores tend to be! I also walked through theirs various rows of clearance and they had a great selection! I bought a black furry stool at 80% off! I would return to this store! read more
