Renovation project originally contracted for ~3 months has now run for 25 months. During this time…read morethere were multiple extended periods without any response (including two periods of roughly three months each), three changes of project manager, several contract and invoice errors, and inaccuracies in the design/architectural plans (incorrect measurements, symbols, etc). As of today, a number of items remain unfinished or damaged. I'm attaching photos of some of these so readers can assess the work themselves. After six months without a reply, I informed the company that I intended to publish a review. I then received an offer to address some (but not all) of the outstanding items, conditional on further payment. When I asked for clarification on the amount, communication stopped again.

He asked me for a 230€ deposit for a job that he didn't show up to do. He still owes me 230 euros that I have trying to get back for WEEKS AND WEEKS. Always pushing it to tomorrow with a different excuse every time, or simply NOT SHOWING UP. Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL and so DIFFICULT TO COMMUNICATE WITH. ABSOLUTE SCAM!! Watch out for this guy.
