Nach langer Internetrecherche, bei der wir mit ca 15 Firmen gesprochen haben, haben wir uns für PremiumReinigung entschieden.  Wir sind nicht enttäuscht worden. Ein Team von 4 (inklusive dem Chef David) hat unsere Wohnung in ca. 5 Stunden super sauber gemacht. Insbesondere die Küche, die Bäder und die Fenster sahen aus wie neu. Z.B. hat David die Backofentür auseinandergenommen und alle Scheiben individuell reinigen zu können - so etwas habe ich noch nicht gesehen.  Das Team war nicht nur gründlich und hat hart gearbeitet, alle Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr freundlich. Ich werde von nun an Premiumreinigung.de fuer alle meine Projekte benutzen.

Overall I am happy with the experience…read more The cleaners showed up around 10 minutes late, claiming that they had to stay a bit longer at another client's, so not the perfect start. But then it got better. In 2.5 hours almost transformed my 50sqm apartment. What I liked the most is that the quickly understood my preferences and I didn't had to explain everything twice like it happened with other companies. The price may be a bit higher than others, but in my opinion is totally worth it!

Too bad that whatever we've decided hasn't been taken under any consideration by the person who "cleaned". I was told that 2 hours for a deep cleaning wasn't enough. My apartment was already decently clean, and it's less than 50 sq. The only reason why I payed €40 per hour, was to clean the oven.Anyway, I trusted their judgment and I said that I would have paid for 3 hours. Again, I was ready to pay a "deep cleaning" cost for a regular cleaning of a small already clean apartment, plus the oven and the mattress. I also asked if the cleaner could have kept the keys and they said yes. I was over the moon! Then the reality... My friend went to open the door. The cleaner was late. He had no clue about the keys, he didn't want to keep them so I had to figure something else out last minute. He called my friend back because he couldn't figure how to open the water. He left after two hours. Because of their lack of communication and professionality I lost a tenant. He didn't want to stay in a filthy place! Here come the pics that I received from him. I asked for a refund, they refused and they sent me pics of what was cleaned for €80. Since I clean my house by myself I can tell that what I paid wasn't worthy. Plus they had the guts to tell me as an excuse that 2 hours wasn't enough. I suggested they checked the emails where I said that I was up to pay for 3 hours, because I needed a clean apartment. If you charge €40 per hour per person (more than twice what anybody else in Berlin) you need to be the best! They're far far away from being even good.

UNBELIEVABLY BAD SERVICE!…read more When I complained to the owner that there is no way her employee spent three hours cleaning my flat because it was still very obviously dirty, she told me that she has never gotten complaints about THAT specific employee and therefor it can't be true. I invited her to come and look, but she declined and sent me the bill. And their office is just around the corner! Then when I quit their services, I was told that the contract dictates that they have until the end of the month. Fine, contracts are binding so I postponed my new cleaner and waited for our scheduled appointment. Nobody showed. I wrote the company and they said they decided not to come after all... WITHOUT TELLING ME! I have been with this company for several years and although I was never completely satisfied with the work, it seemed like too much trouble to find a new one. I really regret that now. I have waisted so much money on them. I can't believe they are still in business. Is this really how they treat loyal customers? I implore anyone considering using this company to STAY AWAY!
