Not a satisfactory experience. Actually quite stressing. I had good references from internet…read moreregarding kltransporte. Also one friend recommend me this company (he had a satisfactory experience). Until they pick up my things I had small problems, but I would say they were the typical problems you can have with common transport companies but not what I was expecting for kltransporte (delays, last minute additional expenses to the bill, etc.).
The real problems started after they pickup my stuff. My things needed to arrive from Berlin to Spain in two weeks after. For the delivery I gave them a window of one week, from one Monday to Friday. I was waiting Monday and Tuesday without any call, any info from them. Tired, I called them and they told me that they will contact me soon with the information. Wednesday, silence, Thursday morning silence. Thursday afternoon I call them again. Yes, they are working on it. In few minutes they call me back with all the information. For sure. No call. On Friday they do not even take my phone calls. I start to think they have no ideal where my stuff is and do not want to talk to me. Monday I call again. Call again in one hour, they tell me. And them again. We call you back in one hour. Not true. And I phone again, tired and angry. After insisting I will keep on the line until they inform me about where my things are. They give me a contact Spanish telephone number by email. At the end they apologized to me for how they did the things. At least they realized it, and I appreciate it.
Now my things are in a warehouse near my city. They can be delivered tomorrow, 4 days after the deadline I gave to kltransporte. But tomorrow early in the morning I fly. So, my stuff needs to stay in the warehouse 20 more days until I am back. Things did not go as planned.
In summary,from my personal experience I cannot recommend kltransporte to send things to Spain. Also, when kltransporte tells you they will call you back, might be they will not. Keep insisting.
